ASSEMBLY – PROTOTYPESPrototype PCB assembly has been one of thecore services HCD have provided since westarted over 20 years ago, and offers some ofthe fastest turnaround times in the industry forboth SMT and Through Hole assembly. But it’s nogood having it fast if quality suffers. All ourwork is rigorously inspected, passing throughmultiple inspection stages during the build.

ASSEMBLY – PRODUCTIONHCD can also help you with all the steps thatfollow on too, with our ever expandingproduction assembly service. Using state of theart pick & place machines that can accuratelyplace up 25,000 SMT components an hour,down to 01005’s. Advanced AOI confirms everyboard is built right every time to our high qualitystandards. On top of this, add our highly skilledhand assembly team and you have a winningformula for all your production assemblyrequirements.

ASSEMBLY – CABLES & LOOMSHCD have the capability to supply all your cableharness and loom requirements. Using ourautomated cut & strip and crimp machines wecan produce consistent high quality products,regardless whether it’s a one-off prototype orbatches of thousands.

COMPONENT KITTINGHCD offers a full Kitting service covering allelectronic components, metalwork and barePCBs. Using this service allows you to place justone order with us and we will do the rest. Weonly ever source direct from manufacturers ortheir authorised distributors, protecting youagainst counterfeit components at the best prices.

TEST & PROGRAMMINGHCD can upload any software/firmware to thefinished assemblies. We can also test all yourfinished PCB assemblies to suit your individualrequirements, from just a simple power on test tofull functional testing including dedicated test rigdesign and manufacture.

BOX BUILDHCD offers a complete Box Build service thatcan be individually tailored to meet yourrequirements. This accompanied with our otherservices provide a full turnkey solution for allyour finished products. True design / prototypethrough to the final production, all under oneroof.

REWORKSWhether you have a product with a design flawor manufacturing issue, our rework service maybe able to save you having to throw away whatyou already have and instead make thenecessary modifications to enable the product towork. Changing components, cutting tracks,adding wire mods or BGA Rework we carry thisout to the highest standards.
