This is a mess problem that ALL face andit is BIZARRE that no win-win solutionexists...

There is ALWAYS a way to make a better deal for all.

Matching needs and assets is always thekey to expanding the pie and creatinggreater value.

Creative thinking and brainstorming arealways needed to see things in a differentway... to frame the problem differently.

This is a SOCIETY PROBLEM not astudent and employer problem...

WE DO NOT PREPARE OUR KIDSWELL ENOUGH OR HELP THEM INTHE TRANSITION INTO LIFE.

TOO MUCH IS LEFT TO CHANCE.

THE FIELD IS TOO LIMITED.

THE PROCESS IS NOT LED BYHORDES OF THOSE WHO HAVESUCCESSFULLY DONE SO BEFOREAND BY THOSE THAT WANT TO HELPAND MAKE A DIFFERENCE>

SMALL STEPS ARE NECESSARY.

CONFIDENCE MUST BE BUILT OVER TIME.

DIFFERENT THINGS MUST BE TRIED AND TESTED.

SELF ESTEEM MUST BE BUILT BYTAKING SMALL CHANGES ANDWINNING... AND LOSING.. as it is allpart of the process of life.
