Your Story, Your Sound, Your Song20 mins - 4 hrs: any sized group Perfect for: team building and team bonding during conferences, offsites, meetings, staff days, celebrations Internationally acclaimed program trusted by fortune 500s, this group song writing experience brings an all-star band onto stage and an MC that will inspire your group to create an original song about your event’s key messaging. Absolutely no musical experience is required! Build teamwork, engage participants in your event messaging and uplift any sized audience through power of music. Receive a digital song + music video that captures and communicates the event story on socials as a wrap up to the event.
Conference Energisers and Ice Breakers 5 mins - 45 mins: any sized group Perfect for: team building and team bonding during conferences, staff days, meetings, product launches Designed to quickly inspire, pickup the energy and break the ice for any sized group. Each participant is handed a small instrument or taught a basic body percussion part. The group begins divided, with each section of the audience playing a different part. As teams get used to the idea of working together in harmony and rhythm, the parts and tempo grow in complexity but ultimately result in a symphony of sound and teamwork with the audience amazed at the music that they can create together. A perfect way to kick off a conference, break up a meeting or dinner, get you team moving after lunch or finish your event on a high.

Live Bands 30 mins - 3 hours: any sized group Perfect for: Event Entertainment A Sound Life’s roster of artists include such music luminaries as Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun, Ben lee and Lisa Mitchell. We also book Sydney’s most explosive live covers band “The 128s”. The 128s come together to offer up audacious, high-octane versions of an eclectic catalogue of music: From The Kinks to The Killers; OutKast to Gorillaz, their set is crammed with songs to suit every event or function. In addition, the band can also perform 3x45 min sets of reggae, soul and blues to provide the perfect background setting, ideal for drinks, receptions or during dinner.
Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions5 mins - 1 hour: any sized group Perfect for: conferences, staff off-sites
Focus the mind and unwind the body with ASL yoga and mindfulness sessions. Our teachers are trained in therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and relaxation. These programs can also incorporate live sound immersions with didgeridoo, drums, gongs, crystal bowls, channeled vocals and Tibetan bells sure to leave participants feeling relaxed, grounded and in a heightened state of awareness.

Natasha Curry is A Sound Life’s CEO. She is an accomplished business leader who has excelled in management and leadership roles within the financial services industry, and more recently in the non-for-profit sector. Natasha is passionate about empowering leaders to make conscious change, to enable greater balance, productivity and purpose, and to inspire individuals to live their highest potential. As a Divisional Director within Macquarie Bank, Natasha built a reputation for energising and inspiring both individuals and teams to perform at exceptional levels. Natasha is driven to challenge traditional thinking to ignite change within individuals and organisations as a foundation for sustainable wellness, business success, and positive social impact.
Edo Kahn is the Co-founder and Creative Director of A Sound Life. Edo is passionate about transforming lives, empowering individuals and uniting communities. Edo is also an internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and sound healing specialist. Through his music as well as his therapeutic music and yoga programs, Edo has reached to millions of people across the globe and he has spoken at many events such as TEDx. Edo is a major label music artist and was previously signed with Virgin/EMI with his bands Gelbison and Kahn Brothers, and is an APRA (Australian Perfoming Rights Association) award-winning songwriter.
Simon Jankelson is A Sound Life’s music program manager and a lead facilitator. He is an award winning musician having written songs and albums for Universal records and recorded with Bob Clearmountain (Rolling Stones, Radiohead) in Los Angeles. Simon has developed and delivered acclaimed interactive music programs o over 180 corporate and community organisations across the globe reaching groups from Vodafone in Sydney to Israeli and Palestinian young leaders in Jerusalem. He has spoken on Channel 10, TEDx events, VIVID Sydney and was named on 40 UNDER 40’s list of future leaders of the Asia’s design industry.
