▪ No refunds or budget adjustments are made for non attendance. The payment can be made through theIBAN: PT50 0033 0000 4552802786505 in the name of Smash It Room, Lda.

▪ Dates are not reserved without award payment.

▪ We guarantee exclusiveness of our space.

▪ The payment of the action must be made in the following terms: 50% in the award (only thus the actionis effectively reserved); Remaining 50% until the day of the action. The amounts already paid will bereturned in case of cancellation in writing (well founded and with approval of the organization), under thefollowing conditions: 100% if communicated and approved up to 60 calendar days in advance; 50%communicated and approved up to 30 calendar days in advance; No right to return if less than 30 days.

▪ Additions or changes of date (well founded and with approval of the organization) imply extra fee, underthe following conditions: 30% increase if communicated and approved up to 72h in advance; No additionor change of date if communicated with a term of less than 72h.

▪ This proposal is valid within six months of its submission.
