Slips, trips and falls are the number one workplace accidents which resulted in the highest man-hours

lost. In the 1st

half of 2012, slips, trips and falls accounted for 3 fatalities, 71 major injuries and over

1,100 cased leading to minor injuries in Singapore as reported on the Workplace Safety and Health

Council report. With the wet weather found in the region, it is only a matter of time before someone

slips and hurt themselves.

Engineered anti-slip solution

The A-SlipSense series of anti-slip coatings are specially engineered by our team of dedicated research

and development staff to withstand heavy traffic from both vehicles as well as pedestrians. In the cured

state, it is exhibits extreme impact and chemical resistance, thus not only protecting your floor surface,

but also ensuring that the coating is long lasting.

Careful planning and efforts were spent to specially

formulate the grain abrasives used in the A-SlipSense. These

abrasives are fine enough for comfort walking yet coarse

enough to obtain the necessary traction. More importantly,

these abrasives are harder than sand to ensure a long lasting

anti-slip effect.

The anti-slip coating can be applied on various substrates

such as:

• Wood

• Concrete

• Metal

• Fiberglass

• Marble

• Other porous materials

Unique profile to provide high traction

When applied, the anti-slip coatings provide a profile of peaks and valleys. This unique profile allows

liquid and contaminants to flow into the valleys, thus leaving the peaks exposed and drastically reduced

any effect of hydroplaning.

A-Slip 75 – Ultra Low Profile Pedestrian Grade Anti-Slip Coating

The A-Slip 75 ultra low profile pedestrian grade is a 2 component coating that combines epoxy resin with

tough, fine grained abrasives to produce a self-sealing, non-slip floor under typical service temperature

of 29°C to 60°C. A-Slip 75 is extremely easy to clean and is ideal in bare foot applications where anti-slip

properties are required.

A-Slip 100 – Low Profile Pedestrian Grade

Anti-Slip Coating

The A-Slip 100 low profile pedestrian grade is a 2

component coating that produces a self-sealing, non-slip

floor under typical service temperature of 29°C to 60°C.

The most commonly used among all pedestrian grades

coating, the A-Slip 100 is ideal for all recreational areas,

industrial and institutional facilities and marine

applications. Typical place for application includes steps,

walkways, entrances, ramps, step ladders, or any areas

that are frequently wet.

A-Slip 150 – Medium Profile Pedestrian Grade Anti-Slip Coating

The A-Slip 150 medium profile pedestrian grade is a 2 component coating that combines epoxy resin

with tough, fine grained abrasives to produce a self-sealing, non-slip floor under typical service

temperature of 29°C to 60°C. The A-Slip 150 contains a high percentage of solids to create a high

traction surface when cured. A-Slip 150 is ideal for areas where there is a possibility of exposure to

highly slippery chemicals such as oil, grease, petrol, and detergents etc.

A-Slip 200 – Medium Profile Vehicular

Grade Anti-Slip Coating

The A-Slip 200 medium profile vehicular grade is a 2

component coating that combines epoxy resin with

tough, fine grained abrasives to produce a self-sealing,

non-slip floor under typical service temperature of 29°C

to 60°C. The A-Slip 200 is a heavy-duty coating

formulated for strong durability to withstand vehicular

traffic, while improving the traction between the floor

and the tires of vehicles significantly. This makes it ideal

for places for forklift traffic, ramps, and loading bays etc.

A-Slip PR-20 Primer – Porous Surface Primer

The A-Slip PR-20 is a 2 component epoxy based primer developed for use with our A-SlipSense floor

system. It greatly increases adhesion to porous surfaces such as wood, concrete, asphalt, fiberglass,

epoxy surfaces etc.
