This is a contract made between the Seller, Derek Bates, and the Buyer, Jane Green, for
the sale of Seller’s 2006, Canyonero, SUV.
The vehicle is with a rugged design, plenty of power up front, easy access for all 7
passengers, and available advanced technologies, the possibilities for adventure are
endless.
The VIN number is 54990032325542, and the odometer reads 136 000 Miles as of June
12, 2019.
The date of sale is June 18, 2019. Buyer agrees to pay to Seller the purchase price of
$3000 to be paid in cashless payment.
The car is sold “AS IS.” Seller makes no warranties about the condition of the car.
Seller will provide the Buyer with the vehicle’s title and all reports.
