1.1 Exhibition Introduction

Shenzhen International Industrial Manufacturing Technology Exhibition (ITES),which is also called the 21st Shenzhen International Machinery Manufacturing IndustryExhibition(SIMM), is jointly organized by Shenzhen Huanyue Convention & Exhibition Co.,Ltd. and Shenzhen Xieguang Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd. It is a professionalexhibition of large-scale in the field of manufacturing in South China. After 20 years ofdevelopment, ITES has become an international professional exhibition certified by UFIand BPA.In 2020, ITES will be relocated to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center(Bao’an new venue) with 240,000 ㎡ show area. 2.3 Exhibition Badges

Special instructions:According to the security requirements from Shenzhen World, all the badges of ITESexhibition will be based on the real-name system, that is, when the exhibitors oraudiences apply for the badges, they shall fill with their real information. Exhibitors andvisitors can get the badges after register online and get verification. All badges are forpersonal use, and each person shall have one badge only. If it is checked out by thesecurity guards that the badge is used by others or the information on the badge is nottrue when entering, the badge will be invalid. Exhibitor badges will be issued during themove-in period.

2.3.1 Badge Type

2.3.2 Badge Instructions

Notes:

1) In order to ensure the safety of the exhibits, the exhibits/tools will not be move-in ormove-out in principle during the move-in and move-out period; if there are any specialrequirements, the exhibitor can bring his/her exhibitor badge, ID card and two businesscards to the "Engineering Service Station" and apply to the official service provider -GLevents LIVE (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The official service provider will handle it according tothe actual situation.

2) During the move-out period, the official service provider will issue the move-out permitfor exhibits to exhibitors' booths one by one, and exhibitors will use the permit to removetheir exhibits/tools.

Attention:-- Exhibitor badge -- on-site quick claimed: exhibitors, who have completed fullpayment, please log in www.simmtime.com before 15thMarch 2020, and enter theexhibitor self-service system to finish related information. Please refer to part III ExhibitorSelf-service System Instruction.-- Please notice that the number of free exhibitor badge is based on the principle ofone badge for every 2.25 ㎡. For additional badges, it will charge CNY100 for each one.

Notes:1. The number of exhibitor badge is limited.2. If the booth area has decimals, the figures are rounded to the nearest one. Forexample, if your booth area is 184 ㎡, you will get 82 badges; If the booth area is 181 ㎡,you will get 80 badges.3. The engineering service station is located on the outside of Hall 5, 6, and 9 (as

shown in the below figure), and has a transportation / construction / insurance / hosting

consulting service point to answer and handle various questions for exhibitors on-site.

Shenzhen World performs unified management of vehicles entering and exiting theparking lot. Vehicles parked in the parking lot of Shenzhen World must pay the relevantparking fee. ITES Exhibitor Self-service System-- is available for exhibitors to get the instruction ofconstruction, submit enterprise profiles online, apply badges, facilities and on-site rentals.For a safety and convenient participation, all exhibitors are requested to submit relevantmaterials before the specified deadline.

3.2.1 Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor MUST filled in the information with "*”, the information will be used for ITESCatalog, official website and WeChat, please fill in accurately.

3.3 Badge Application

3.3.1Badge Application

ITES implements real-name exhibition system. All exhibitor badges should be applied forreal-name through "exhibitor self-service system”. Exhibitor should fill in his/her realinformation and register online. Exhibitors will be notify once the application succeed. All

the badges are for personal use, one badge for one person. Any invalid badge beingchecked by the on-site security, the consequences of which shall be borne by exhibitor.

Exhibitor badges within the quota is free of charge. If the application exceeds the quota,an extra badge fee will be charged, 100 RMB/badge.

Badge pick up location:" Exhibitor Registration”(East side of the South Registration Hall);

During the exhibition period, all exhibitors need to wear the badges for enter or exit thehall. If the badge being stolen or lost, exhibitor needs to reprint the badge, 100RMB/badge will be charged (within the quota is free).

3.3.2 Quantity of Exhibitor Badge Issued

Quota: For every 2.25 square meters of booth area, 1 badge will be issued for free ofcharge.

Notes: In case of decimal, please round it. For example, the booth area is 184 squaremeters, and the number of the fee badges is 82; the booth area is 181 square meters,and the number of the fee badges is 80.

Please log in the exhibitor self-service system before March 15, 2020 and fill in realinformation online (exhibitor may download the template and fill in the information, uploadin the system). During the preparation period, exhibitors can get the badge directly aftercheck-in.

1. At the wire switch connector, it must be connected firmly and connected with anational standard junction box to prevent accidents such as heat, fire and trip due toincomplete wiring. The three-phase load tapped by 380V should keep the three-phasebalance as much as possible, the actual load should not exceed 80% of the designedcapacity;

2. The booth must equipped with its own control box for the total power consumption ofthe booth. It should equipped with a safe and reliable air circuit breaker and leakageprotector (30mA, operating time is less than 0.1S) according to the specifications and itshould installed in a location where is safe, obvious, easy-to-operate and inspect;

3. The main switch protection setting of the main control power box for the booth powerconsumption should be less than or equal to 80% of the switch protection setting of thefixed power box connected to Shenzhen World to ensure the safe operation of the powersupply system of the venue. If the setting value of the booth switch protection cannot beadapted, the exhibitor or contractor should adjust the power consumption by himself untilit meets the requirement;

4. For general lighting, mechanical power, frequency conversion equipment, thyristorcontrol equipment, stage dimming equipment, sound reinforcement equipment and 24-hour power equipment, separate circuits should be set up according to the classification.It is strictly forbidden to share the same circuit. The main electrical equipment andimportant occasions and locations should be installed with one main and one standbydual circuit power supply;

5. During the show dates, electricians must be left behind, and all equipment and lightingpower of the booth will be turned off when the venue is closed (if there is no 24-hourpower application).

4.1 Transportation Arrangement during Move-in and Move-out

The specific arrival time and the order of entering and exiting for the transportationvehicles to the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center must strictly followthe overall arrangement of the designated official forwarder. Otherwise, theconsequences arising there from shall be borne by the exhibitors.

According to the regulations by customs supervision, you must provide theequipment instruction of your exhibits in the Chinese version (including items ofproduct name, model, specification, application) to import your exhibits (equipmentproducts). The English version instructions of exhibits also work if it is difficult toprovide the Chinese version. For all exhibitors, please observe the customsregulations and submit relevant documents to declare your exhibits.

4.2 Regulations Regarding Hoisting

All self-hoisting situations must be forbidden at Shenzhen World Exhibition & ConventionCenter according to the official regulations, which shall be collectively operated by theofficial forwarder for hoisting, transporting, etc.

1. If no mechanical power is needed, please move in exhibits in manpower in theappointed area. If vehicles are needed inside the pavilion to conduct exhibit carriage(vehicles with booth setup materials included), exhibitors shall pay for the managementfee in advance(200 RMB/Vehicle). The handbarrows such as the backing roll andscrew roll are not permitted.

2. If the size, weight or bearing capacity of exhibits are out of specification (please referto the relevant requirements for the use of the venue), exhibitors shall contact the officialcarrier in advance and observe the rules and arrangement otherwise the consequencesarising there from shall be borne by the exhibitors.

3. Under the requirements of 5t/m2 of static bearing in the exhibition center, the speed oftrucks in the venue should not exceed 10 km/h. The maximum entrance is limited as sizeof 5.8(H) ×5.8(W) meters. Meanwhile, all drivers should not be allowed to whistle whileparking.

7. Special precautions:

1. Pre-photo and inspection of exhibitions in Hong KongShenzhen customs strictly requires exhibitors to provide accurate packing contents and

model photos of exhibitions. The photos should clearly show the brand, model, serial

number and position on the machine. Please provide the photos to us and post them

outside the packing boxes. If the exhibitor fails to provide, we will check the machine type

and take photos in the Hong Kong warehouse as required.

2. The volume/weight ratio of air cargo is 6:1 (1CBM=167KGS), charge as which is

3. All goods must be sent by "freight prepaid". A 10% surcharge will be charged on "freight

collect" goods.If freight is prepaid at the loading port, a 10% prepaid charge will be

charged.

4. Container yard, demurrage / overdue container rental fee, additional expenses incurred

in warehousing or other links shall be charged to the exhibitor on the basis of actual cost.

5. All wooden packages must be fumigated and stamped with IPPC. If fumigation orsanitary treatment is needed, we will charge it to the exhibitor according to the actualprice.6. If additional costs of magnetic inspection and degaussing are incurred as a result of

airline security regulations, they shall be reimbursed.

7. Unpacked goods - a 20% surcharge will be imposed for handling unpacked goods. TDS

logistics or its designated agent shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

8. The above rates are calculated on the basis of ordinary goods. In case of special

machinery and special tools, such as floating cranes, barges, etc., our company will take

back from the exhibitors at the actual cost.

9. Dangerous goods - a 100% surcharge will be imposed. The carrier will only accept

dangerous goods that can be transported. Acceptance or additional surcharge will be

subject to the actual acceptance by the shipping company and the airline.

10. The above transportation rate shall be calculated on a per exhibitor or per bill of lading

basis.Charges for the coming and return of the exhibitions shall be paid before receiving

or releasing the goods at the latest, otherwise 2% advance fee will be charged for delay.

11. If the above customs declaration methods involve the payment of customs temporary

import security deposit and customs duties/taxes, the customs will charge the rates

accordingly. If guarantee insurance is required, charges as per insurance company’s

check case by case with cargo details.

All the exhibits under ATA/temporary import and export customs clearance, should be

repacked at the end of the exhibition according to the packing list, and return. No sales,

destroy, given away or discard (except for permanent import declaration for consumables)

is allowed. Exhibitors should bear the penalty due to breach of contract at least USD5000

5. CUSTOMS INSPECTION

As strictly requested by Shenzhen customs, exhibitors must provide exact cargo packingcontent and relevant photos which should show clearly the brand, model number, serialnumber of machines, parts and location in machine. The photos must be sent to TDS andtaped on the outside packing. Should exhibitor fail to provide such upon customs’srequest, TDS have to open your packing, in order to take photos and pre-checking thebrand, model and serial number. In this case, handling charges at TDS Hong Kongwarehouse will be given upon request.

6. CATALOGUES AND CONSUMABLE ITEMS - CENSORING

Brochures and souvenirs items are permitted entry into China giveaways e.g. souvenir(i.e. pens, key chains, note pads etc.) with reasonable quantities and low value may beduty-exempted. It is, however, subject to China customs approval. Therefore, allexhibitors should prepare an envelope containing 2 samples of each giveaway items forcensoring. Customs censorship handling charges US$20.00 per item / exhibitor. Pleasedo not send CDR, USB and magazine to the exhibition, as special permit is required.7. 8. PACKINGPlease ensure your equipment is packed in a strong, waterproof packing case whichlends itself to being re-packed after the exhibition. Please bear in mind that your exhibitswill be in transit for long periods both to and from the exhibition and that cartons are notsuitable to withstand the constant handling which takes place during transshipment.Shocking and bumping will sometimes be inevitable and cases may be placed in open airstorage without cover, therefore exhibitors must take the necessary precautions againstdamage and rain.

9. HEAVY AND OVERSIZES EXHIBITSThis applies to any single exhibit in excess of 2000 kgs and 2*2*2m, that requires the useof a forklift or mobile crane for installation. Exhibitors with heavy and oversized exhibitsmust be on-site early to direct the operation of unpacking and positioning. If a mobilecrane or forklift is required for installation of equipment, exhibitors should send yourrequirement to us as early as possible so that we could arrange contracting suchequipment in advance. A quote will be given after receiving your enquiry.

10. UNPACKING OR REPACKING ON –SITEWe will assist in physical unpacking and installation of exhibits, however exhibitors mustsupervise and be responsible for those operations. Similarly, during exhibition closing,exhibitors must also supervise the dismantling and repacking of exhibits, especially fordelicate or heavy equipment. When exhibits are repacked with used packing materials,the packing is regarded as no longer suitable to protect the contents against damage andor moisture compared with the original. Exhibitors should therefore bear the responsibilityfor any consequences arising therefrom.

11. INSURANCEExhibitors are suggested to arrange a proper round-trip all risks insurance coverage forthe exhibits (to cover items from starting to booth, exhibition period,until the goods shipback to original,or send to other receiving place,including the items which handled byTDS) Our quotation is based on the volume or weight of the goods, has nothing to dowith the value of goods, so excluded insurance cost. We can issue the insurance forexhibitor as per request.

12. RE-EXPORTDisposal and forwarding instructions will be discussed with you during the course ofexhibition. Re-export formalities will require at least 10 working days. Therefore, pleasedo not make any plan on receiving the exhibits soon after the exhibition. We hold noliability for when the exhibits would be back to the desired final destination after theexhibition closes. 5.2 Standard Booths Management Regulations1. ITES2020 Standard booths are all constructed by official contractors with unified form

and lintel board (texts should be submitted on the self-service system)

2. Please do not disassemble or change the standard booth configuration privately.

Otherwise, organizers shall have the rights to force exhibitors to restore booth

configuration as original. Meanwhile, all expenses and consequences incurred shall be

borne by exhibitors. If there is any damage, please pay compensation according to the

original price.

3. Exhibitors must construct the booth and keep the rented items intact (standard and

additional rental facility, electrical box, industrial interfaces, etc.) in accordance with the

requirements of Shenzhen World. If it is damaged or lost, compensation shall be based

on the original price;

4. Standard or applied power sockets shall not be connected to the booth lighting fixtures.

They shall be used strictly within the maximum allowable capacity of 500W. It is

prohibited to use electric heating equipment (such as electric kettles, electric stoves,

irons), and it is forbidden to bring the socket boards in series use. The exhibitor shall be

fully responsible for any losses and effects (such as power outage or short circuit)

caused by the violations mentioned-above;

5.3 Raw Space Management Regulations

5.3.1 Rules and Regulations of Booth Construction and Fire Safety

1. The planning and design of the exhibition area must meet the relevant professionaltechnical requirements (such as electricity safety, fire protection, structure, water supplyand drainage, etc.).The booth construction shall not exceed the corresponding specifiedfunctional area. Any violations will be required to be demolished and punished;

2. Exhibition booths are limited in height to 6 meters (with each single layer no higherthan 4.5 meters, which includes platform and vaulted ceiling if applicable). The singlespan of a wooden structure is limited to 6 meters. The single-span structure of a steelstructure and/or steel-wood structure (including the lining steel square bucket and ironframe) is limited to 8 meters. The span of a formed steel mesh frame can beappropriately adapted according to the cross section, but the maximum is no more than12 meters;

3. Large-span (more than 6 meters), multi-layer structures, and other difficult andcomplex structures must be issued by a qualified architectural design department forstructural safety assessment documents for on-site inspection of the exhibition hall. Thearea of the second floor must not exceed one third of the total area of the booth, and thesupport and platform must be steel structures;

4. In principle, the structural capping area of the special booth shall not exceed one-thirdof the total booth area. If it exceeds (the maximum part shall not exceed 50%), fireextinction equipment and alarm equipment must be added;

5. Exhibits and booth design must take the vision of the next-door booth and theaudience into account. All the booths, which face the passageway pedestrian, and theheight of 2.5 meters and below cannot be completely closed, at least 1/2 must bereserved for open design;

6. If the height of the backplane between adjacent booths is within the height limit but itsheight is different, the structure is not allowed to be exposed, and it must be covered withclean white materials;

7. Special booths must be equipped with 5kg ABC dry powder fire extinguishers byexhibitors according to the standard of not less than 2 per 50 square meters;

8. Any glass material used for the construction of exhibition booths must be glass withhigh safety performance such as tempered glass with a specific level of intensity andthickness. The thickness of the curtain wall glass should be no less than 10 mm.Exposed glass edges must be polished or with protective equipment to avoid injury. Thelarge area glass materials must be marked clearly to avoid glass breaking and injuries;

9. The lighting fixtures above 500W must not be used in the exhibition booth. Do not usethe lighting fixture that generates large amount of heat (such as quartz lamp and iodine-tungsten lamp). Flammable and combustible materials such as wood, ceiling clothcladding, and light box cladding must be flame-retardant treated (fire-resistant B1). Noflammable materials such as paper or sponge shall be used inside the structure. Do notuse flammable fabrics such as stretch cloth;

10. It is strictly forbidden to paste any objects on the public facilities, grounds and walls ofthe exhibition hall, to use double-sided or single-sided adhesives to paste any objects on

the pillars of the hallway, to punch holes, paint, glue, paste or paint on the wall or floor,to cut the exhibition materials, boards or paint, nail or open holes on the exhibitionmaterials or boards and to damage to all facilities of the exhibition hall. Any violations willbe fined 2-5 times the price of the damaged equipment;

11. The fire protection equipment, electrical equipment, emergency exits and passages inthe exhibition hall shall not be allowed to cover, embed, occupy, or block during theconstruction. No exhibition racks or stands can be set up under the fire shutter doors inthe exhibition hall;

12. It is recommended that the booth design should include the booth number anddisplay it in a prominent position facing the aisle for visit. The booth number shouldinclude the hall number and the booth number. Example: 1-A58;

13. The construction personnel shall enter with construction certificates. During theconstruction period, all the construction personnel must wear safety helmets and validconstruction permits, and comply with other related construction regulations of theexhibition hall;

14. Any potential safety hazards found by the on-site security administrator must berectified by the construction unit as required.

5.3.2 Regulations Governing Raw Space Construction

1. Raw space management feeRaw space exhibitors must pay the venue a raw space management fee of CNY20/㎡/show period (according to the rented space area). To avoid on-site issues ordisruptions, the organizer has already collected fees on behalf of the venue byincluding it into the exhibition contract.

2. Operational Management Fee All vehicles entering the hall for set up must pay the operation management fee of

CNY200 per entry; The official forwarders will rig and posit with same standard, the fee was already

included in the above raw space management fee. Hence, there is no need to payagain.

Exhibition organizer will issue a receipt of Contacts Worksheet after receiving themanagement fee. Then vehicles shall enter into the exhibition center with that receipt.

5.3.4 Water, Electricity and Gas Reservation Service

Exhibitors must log in to the "ITES 2020 Exhibitor Self-service System" before March 6,2020 to submit the required service reservations and pay the corresponding payment.For details of the service and procedures, please refer to "Part III Exhibitor Self-serviceSystem" in this manual.

5.4 Insurance, Liability, and Risk

Required Insurance Items.According to safety regulations, the construction company appointed by theexhibition shall purchase the exhibition liability insurance. Contractors shall submitthe insurance warranty when registering for construction.

Recommended Insurance Items. The show organizer strongly recommends thatexhibitors or its appointed service provider purchase insurance for the valuableexhibits or goods in case of loss, theft or other damages to the items as well aspurchase the third-party or public liability insurance for the staff.

During the exhibition (especially during move in/out), exhibitors must watch itsproperties and exhibits in case of loss or damage.

The organizer will not take any responsibility in the following situations beyondcontrol: Due to limitations or restrictions, the booth construction work doesn’t proceed as

planned. The staffs of the venue are not capable of providing any service. Cancellation or any temporary close-up of the exhibition due to force majeure.

5.5 Booth Design and Regulations of Construction

Standard Booth Exhibitors who rent the standard booth, please make sure that the provided English

and Chinese information on the board is correct. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and assemble the display boards(racks) and

related facilities by exhibitors themselves. If exhibitors need to adjust the structure ofthe standard booth, please log on the exhibitor self-service system and submitrelevant information about the construction of the standard booth within the specifiedperiod.

5.6 Regulations of Electricity Supply

1. For safety reasons, all in-venue electrical connections must be installed by the officialcontractor. To ensure the smoothness of the show, please be sure to finish the pre-leasewithin the specified time limit for the overall arrangement.2. The booth must have its own electrical control box, equipped with safe and reliable aircircuit breaker and leakage protector (30 mA, action time less than 0.1s) according to thespecifications, and installed in a safe, obvious and convenient place for operation andinspection.3. Exhibitors requiring special arrangements (such as different voltage, frequency or

5.7 Regulations of Booth Operation/Live Demonstrations/Video andAudio Broadcasting

1. Exhibitors shall observe the opening hours of the show, and there shall have staff atthe booth during the show period.2. During the exhibition period, the exhibits shall not be removed from the booth orexhibition hall unless specially approved by the organizer. Do not dismantle the booth orexhibit unless the show is officially closed.3. All the live performances during the exhibition period must be confirmed by ShenzhenWorld in advance. Exhibitors must apply before the show.4. Exhibitors must control the volume generated by the live demonstration, audio andvideo, etc, it shall not exceed 75db. The organizer has the rights to judge whether thevolume is acceptable or not and to terminate its live demo/video playback.5.The following behaviors are not allowed at the venue, including but not limited to showvulgar signs, parades, sending leaflets, performances, etc;6. Do not send gifts or conduct other activities that cause blockages in the booth or publicaisle.7. Do not hang any side signs, advertising light boxes, etc. that have a viciouscompetition tendency on the outer wall of the booth.

5.8 Application Guidelines for Using Fire and Precautions AgainstHazard

1. Smoking is prohibited in the venue.2. Naked flames, equipment with electric heat such as lamps without shade andmaterials, which generate flame or spark such as the use of gaseous, liquid and solid fuelare strictly forbidden in the venue.3. It is strictly prohibited to store empty cans of lubricant and coolant (except for exhibits)in the booth. For fire safety reasons, only gaseous and lubricants sufficient for the dayconsumption can be stored in the booth.4. The organizer has the right to make other fire and security announcements accordingto the order of the fire department.

5.9 Regulations of Cleaning Management

1. The organizer is responsible for all the cleaning work of the public area. Exhibitorsshall be responsible for the cleanness of the booth.2. During the move-in and move-out period, packaging, booth construction materials orfragments must not block the passage in the venue. Exhibitors need to makearrangements for cleaning packaging, booth construction materials or fragments bythemselves; snow snowflake foam boards and pearl cotton are not allowed to be torn;promotional materials cannot be pasted on the glass doors and glass walls of the venue;any construction waste should not be discarded or placed in the venue. All packaging,construction waste and packaging waste must be taken out of the venue by themselves.3.It is strictly forbidden to spray and paint the ground in the venue. If the exhibitionground and public carpets are polluted, the exhibitors shall be responsible forcompensation.4. Special carpet fixing glue must be used to fix the carpet or other floor decorations; it isforbidden to use any other adhesive that damages or pollutes the ground, and it isforbidden to nail on the ground; if use sand, soil, turf and other materials to decorate the

ground, please put on a layer of anti-leakage mat to ensure that the ground is notpolluted, or those who cause ground damage or pollution will be liable for compensation.5. Exhibitors shall dispose waste water and oil such as packaging materials, cartons,empty boxes and building residues, etc. at designated places of SW. It is not allowed todump any waste water, waste oil, food and garbage into the trench, sink or pool indoorsand outdoors. In case of any violation, exhibitors will be deducted the deposit andpunished accordingly.6. During the show dates (March 30th - April 2nd , 2020), all personnel is prohibited frombringing any takeaway food, lunch boxes, instant noodles and other odorous food into thevenue. No meals in booths and aisles. Please go to the dining area of Shenzhen Worldfor eating.

5.10 Safety and Security

1. Exhibitors shall clear out all the belongs on the last day of the show as the contractorwill dismantle all the booth display rack.2. The security on duty has the right to check all the cargo taken in or out of the venue.

5.11 Network Communication

Currently, the exhibition hall is connected to the Centrex telephone line. Telecom, ChinaUnicom, and China Mobile are all accessible in the exhibition halls. The optical fiber ofthe exhibition hall is exclusive. The use of computer networks must strictly comply withthe relevant laws and regulations of China. Wired routers and wireless routers are strictlyforbidden to be used in the venue. If any router device is found to be used, SW will shutdown its computer network port. All responsibilities thus incurred shall be borne by theusers themselves.

5.12 Intellectual Property Rights

Exhibitors shall participate in the exhibition legally, shall not infringe others' intellectualproperty rights, and shall cooperate with relevant departments.

5.13 Exhibitor Publicity Regulations and Entry Rules

1. Exhibitors may publish legal and compliant advertisements in the show catalog, relatedarticles and designated locations in the exhibition hall.2. No advertising/demonstration or business promotion shall be carried out in any part ofthe exhibition site without approval, except within the area of the exhibitor’s booth. Nodisplay or advertising shall be placed outside the area of the booth.3. The organizer will issue the "exhibitor badge" for the exhibitor to enter the exhibitionhall. It should be worn during the exhibition period . Do not transfer the exhibitor badge toothers. If it is lost, please inform the organizer immediately.4. Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the exhibition.
