Delicious ripe dense black fruit on the nose spiced with savoury notes and cloves. The palate is elegant but powerful with rich tannins underscoring layers of black cherry fruit, with herb and tar complexity, some sweet oak hints with leather and cedar adding further depth to this complex delicious wine.

A delicious, ambitious, cooler climate Shiraz, with floral lift on the sweet nose alongside a twist of black pepper and dark cherry fruit. Ideally this needs a few more years’ rest in bottle, by which time it will be absolutely singing, but there’s still buckets of appeal right now, with its velvety tannins and liquorice-tinged fruit.

Intensely copper-hued, this is a dense, deep and viscous example, dripping with opulent cooked apricot, sonorous notes of ripe prune and spicy incense. Sweet, luscious caramel tones are beauti-fully managed by bright, vivacious acidity. Perfectly delicious.
