2002Quality Freight UK Ltd. acquired Edward Nicholson Ltd. which had traded over 120 years with stevedoring, agency and chartering operations at Ellesmere Port on the Manchester Ship canal

2004Edward Nicholson Ltd. was merged into Quality Freight UK Ltd., which now holds the long term licences at both Ellesmere Port and Liverpool Main Port.

2007Quality Freight Ltd. pioneered as major shareholder the creation of Bulk Logistic Solution Ltd., a dedicated bulk food specialist.

2013Quality Freight Netherlands commenced operations in Rotterdam Port area with warehouse / office facility
