    What is a Supply Chain?

    customer request

    Includes manufacturers, suppliers, transporters,

    warehouses, retailers, customersWithin each company, the supply chain includes all

    functions involved in fulfilling a customer request(product development, marketing, operations,

    distribution, finance, customer service)
