A cell site is a site where antennas and telecom equipment are placed, usually on a tower or other high place , to create cell in a cellular network.

In this presentation we have discussed about the installation procedure of outdoor equipments.

PEOCESS TO INSTALL AN ANTENNA

First we have to make the connection between antenna port and jumper cable and connection should be weather proofed,and other end of jumper cable done at polythene

ANTENNA INSTALLATION

We have take the antenna up to tower with the help of pulley or rope Keep the antenna away from tower body by pulling the rope carefully

Rf clamp use the installe the feeder cable of HCT and VCT.

Connector is basicaly made of bras with layer of silver or nikel .

WEATHER PROOFING KIT

All out door antenna line connections , and wall entries have to be weather proofed.

Connection should be tape using PVC tape Connection should be sealed by using rubber

tape Connection to be tape by using PVC tape again

We insert the RF cable through the roxtec.

SITE CLEANING & FINSHING

After completion of installation work , clear all the cable tie , polythene & other debris from site.

Collect all extra material , hardware and keep at a single place.

Remove all dust from site & clean the site
