Movement and life are synonymous. Nature is a continual hive of activity. Our hearts beat, our lungs breathe. Nerve impulses flash from one neurone to another. Our muscles contract and our joints move. .
Stagnant water is a breeding ground for destructive organisms.Imagine these pools in every system of your body.
It would be a living death waiting for the last gasp of air and beat of the heart.
It is moving water that gives life, always being renewed and refreshed.
Each time your body ceases to move it’s all systems go slow and we age just that little bit more.
A little part of us dies.
How many hours in a day does your body live?
Today we have an epidemic of lazy minds and lazy bodies.
We have little use for either, and do not value what they can do.
Perhaps the credit crunch will trim away the fat.
Fitness in the recession may provide the answers
We may have to use our bodies to survive rather than just for pleasure.
