A Partnership: A Bachelor's Degree The Penn State Harrisburg/HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College Bachelor’s Degree Dual Admission Program lets you work toward earning a Penn State degree, starting at HACC and finishing at Penn State Harrisburg. The program is offered in the Harrisburg area by two nationally recognized educational institutions. Pennsylvania’s first community college, HACC, a multi-campus institution, and Penn State Harrisburg, an undergraduate college and graduate school of Penn State University have teamed up to offer you dual admission that will lead you to a bachelor’s degree. This cooperative program allows you to start at HACC and seemlessly continue on to Penn State Harrisburg which offers 34 baccalaureate majors. Academic advisers from both institutions are assigned to you to assure a smooth transition to Penn State Harrisburg. At HACC, you will pursue the course sequence required for your Penn State major while working toward your associate degree. While you are taking courses at HACC, you can also enroll in courses at Penn State Harrisburg through a special financial aid consortium agreement between the institu- tions. You can then transfer to Penn State Harrisburg, depending on the program you are seeking, where your admission is assured.
