Testimonials“The Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference

was a great opportunity to meet with others in the industry and discuss successes as well as future

goals for our programs. This conference was well thought out and with experts from a broad

spectrum of vendors, consultants and employers. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”

- Colleen DePadua Manager of Group Insurance

Black & Decker

“The Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference was a great experience for me. The networking meetings

provided an excellent opportunity to have in depth conversations about key products/benefits and the

presentations provided great insights into limited medical and voluntary benefits.”

- Christy GoldbergManager, U.S. Restaurant Benefits & Compensation

“The event was a great networking opportunity. I found that I was able to connect with

old friends and make new ones!”- Jim Mattison

Vice President, Voluntary BenefitsMarsh Global Consumer

“I found the Voluntary Benefits Conference to be well worth the time scheduled to attend. It provided me the

opportunity to meet many carriers at one location and to hear from my piers in the voluntary markets what their

challenges and successes were, along with their perception of the market going forward.”

- Keith A SwigartVice President, Voluntary Products

Willis

“The conference gave me a good opportunity to look at different ways voluntary benefits and limited medical can be integrated into our core business. I came away

with some new ideas around how to utilize these products to solve issues that many of our clients are

facing in the current economy.”- Tiffany Stiller

“One of the best and most focused conferences that I have been to. Proved real opportunities

to meet and network with professionals.”

- Harris GalatanNational Accounts Regional Sales VPSRC, An Aetna Company

“Thank you for inviting me to exhibit at the conference. It was one of the best conferences that I have

exhibited at for lead generation. The attendees were very interested in new ideas and products and were there to do business. Networking meetings were a

great idea, and quite a few leads came from the experience. Look forward to seeing you next year.”

- Geri Ann CangelosiPresidentAegis Administrative Services, Inc.

“Without question, the best conference I have been two in my 30 years of healthcare experience. Almost all conferences I have previously invested time and

money resulted in little or no actual contact with meaningful prospects. The uniquely executed

“speed dating” concept to request and meet with conference participants was the most productive

time I have ever spent at a conference.”

- Kimberly DarlingFounder & PresidentCompetitive Health, Inc.

“This year’s Voluntary Benefits Conference was a real pleasure. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous; right

accross from Sony Pictures. Hollywood types in and out of the hotel lobby. I enjoyed seeing old associates and making new connections. I expect some of those

new contacts will be profitable for years to come.”

NETWORKING MEETINGSUp to 3,000 Pre-Scheduled Private One-on-One

Networking Meetings will be arranged at the 2nd Annual Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical

Conference, September 20th-22nd, 2010 in Los Angeles with new software technology that we have

implemented to make scheduling your networking meetings as easy as the click of your mouse.

This year we will be implementing a special software program that will allow attendees to pick and choose who they would like to pre-schedule a meeting with. The networking software will allow attendees to set up profiles of their companies and themselves within the online website and then search through the list of attendees for those companies and people they would like to meet with. Profile information that can be viewed online includes: attendees name, website, contact information, company information and other pertinant information.

Attendees for the 2nd Annual Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference will be able to choose up to 50 companies to have pre-scheduled one-on-one networking meetings with over the three day conference. Attendees will have to have all networking meeting selections done prior to the conference.

When the networking meeting software deadline has expired, the computer system will automatically match and schedule meetings for you according to the guidelines. If you have created a profile, you will then receive an email that will let you know when your netowkring meetings have been scheduled. You will be able to log back into your online profile and view your networking schedule. Your detailed schedule will include the day, time, seat, person and company you are scheduled to meet with. Once your schedule has been automatically selected for you based on your choices, you will be able to edit or make changes to your schedule if needed. You can also accept and decline your existing meetings. You can also move and add new meetings into open slots in your networking schedule! This amazing software program allows you to maximize your time at the Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference to maximize your networking and businessopportunities. If you want to have up to 25 networking meetings in one day, then you can do it within this system.

Our one-on-one networking meetings are some of the most valuable time spent at the Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference and with our new software system implemented this year, we are so excited to offer this new and exciting programexclusively to our attendees. These meetings will be pre-scheduled and will be up to 10 minutes for each meeting.
