The Palestinian Syrian family of "Habayeb-Rashdan," appealed to
support and helps them in order not to be deported from Germany to
Spain due to the difficult economic and living conditions there, in
addition to the difficulty of asylum in Spain, according to the family.
The family consists of the father, Mohammed Habayeb, the mother,
Rania Rashdan, 11-year son, Khalid, 8-year-daughter, Joudy, and 4-year-
son Zain. The father Mohammed suffers of heart problems and receives
treatment in a German hospital.
The family said, "We cannot sleep anymore because we are not sure that
we will be in German next day. We live in great fear of being deported to
Spain under the Dublin agreement in force in European countries" .
The family fled from the furnace of the Syrian war to Algeria where the
father tried to get a job till he had a heart attack, and then the family
decided to migrate towards Europe after suffering of obtaining residence
in Algeria.
The family went out over the Moroccan area of Melilla which is
controlled by Spain, but they had to leave their fingerprints in spite of
their rejection as well as hundreds of Syrian refugees. The Spanish police
confirmed that nothing stands in the way of completing their migration
towards Europe and that fingerprints are just a routine procedure.

The family added that the fingerprints appeared in Germany when they
seek asylum; according to the European Convention on the Dublin it is
necessary to return the refugee to the first European country where he put
his fingerprints.
The family reported that the Provisions of the Dublin Convention are
unfair against them and other refugees fleeing wars and humanitarian
asylum seekers in the European Union.
Meanwhile, human rights activists announced the signing of a campaign
across the Avaz site in order to put pressure toward keeping the family in
Germany and to prevent deportation, as well as they demanded the
German Federal Office to grant residence to the family in order to live in
peace in Germany.
In the meantime, the Syrian armed opposition factions restored control
over Handarat camp in Aleppo, after violent clashes between groups of
al-Quds Brigade and some Shiite groups backed by the Syrian army .
It is noteworthy that all residents of Handarat camp had fled their homes
following the Syrian opposition imposed control over the camp about
(1148) days ago, following the outbreak of violent clashes between them
and the Syrian army.
In the south of the capital Damascus, sporadic clashes broke out in the
Yarmouk camp between ISIS and Nusra. The clashes began early last
April, after members of ISIS attacked the headquarters of "Nusra Front"
in the Yarmouk refugee camp, and imposed control over a large number

of areas controlled by Nusra which contributed to tense situation inside
the besieged camp by members of the "regular army" and PF groups, in
addition to the deterioration of health conditions inside the camp.
The sporadic clashes are still continuous between ISIS and Nusra till this
day, as ISIS tried to completely end the presence of Nusra inside the
camp, noting that Nusra members have previously facilitated the entry of
ISIS to Yarmouk. ISIS imposed control over large parts of the camp with
the help of Nusra members in early April 2015 .
In a different context, the AGPS correspondent reported that a number of
Palestinian families and young people returned recently to the Neirab
camp in Aleppo. The families have immigrated to Germany, as a result of
the delayed residency procedures and delays in family reunion in some
European countries that may up to two years.
The correspondent confirmed the arrival of two families and three young
men during the past few days, as another family arrived at the camp from
Switzerland two weeks ago.
The AGPS correspondent in Homs confirmed that several Palestinian
families returned to Al Aedein camp in Homs coming from Turkey and
Europe, despite the poor security conditions in the camp.
It is noteworthy that thousands of Palestinian refugees have fled from
Syria attempting to reach Europe via land, sea, and air which are mostly
"illegal" after all states prevented the enter of the Palestinian Syrian
refugees to its lands. Some refugees died or detained, and some others
were forced to put their fingerprints in the European countries such as
Hungary, Greece, Spain, and Italy
