SOCIAL COMPLIANCE HOW WE ARE TAKING CARE OF OUR PEOPLE
Providing honest, safe and respectful workplace are our main principles to take care our people who are making your clothes. We are investing in programs that positively impact the societies in which we work.
Our factory is audited by amfori BSCI to ensure we are complying all local labor laws and international Code of Conducts. Besides, we are taking care of our people by providing something extra like free transportation; free sanitary napkin for female workers; nutrition program; paternity leave; attendance bonus; skill training; yearly medical check-up; smoking-free premises, wheelchair accessibility etc. We also employed physically challenged people and senior citizens. We run a non-profitable fair price shop to support workers daily needs. We have nutrition program to enrich workers nutrition. We truly engage women for their empowerment and the upskill training program is operating as built-in system.
WORKPLACE SAFETY OUR TOP MOST PRIORITY
Workplace safety is not a luxury. It’s a pre-requisite and emphasized it as our most priority topics in our building construction. Automatic fire detection and hydrant system has successfully installed. Regular fire-drill and safety training are in action and documented. PA system is in operation. The whole premises is under CCTV coverage.
Our factory is audited by ACCORD to ensure workplace safety. Followed by ACCORD remediation Corrective Action Plan (CAP), we are ensuring workers safety in terms of building safety & fire safety. Also Occupation Health and Safety (OHS) are also in practice and documented.
GREEN FACTORY HOW WE ARE TAKING CARE OF PLANET
Protecting the environment and consciously striving to minimize use of natural resources are responsibilities that cannot be avoided. Cute Dress Industry Limited build new factory building as per guideline of
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a Platinum rated
factory certified by US Green Building Council (USGBC).
We have adopted many green initiatives like use of renewable energy; use of LED light and energy efficient equipment; high efficient VRF system; use of maximum daylight; lot of fresh air; separate energy metering; low emitting glass to reduce heat and noise; task light; green education; indoor gardening; low-flow water fixture; water recycling; rainwater harvesting; segregating waste and recycle it; reducing CO2 emission; wide open space; encourage bi-cycling; outdoor trees etc.
