This system (the first in the world) with automat-ic start, allows to saves up until 2/3 seconds for injection cycle, ensuring a considerable increase of the production. The Semi-Automatic wax injector is suitable for non-expert operators.

Questo sistema (primo nel mondo) con partenza automa-tica, consente di risparmiare fino a 2/3 secondi per ogni ciclo di iniezione, garantendo un sensibile incremento della produzione. L’iniettore Semi-Automatico è consigliato per operatori non esperti.

Interchangeable: you can replace different size clamps. Self-centering: both horizontally and vertically without the use

of shims.

Oscillating and adjustable pin for a precise adjustment of the narrow point in the mold, able to eliminate smudging and spillage of wax from the mold.

Thanks to the presence of thicknesses on the clamp, it is possible to use molds of greater heights.

Advancement: The operator can adjust the pressure of the clamp toward the nozzle and the nozzle pressure to the mold. Possibility of regulating the speed of opening and closing of the clamp.

Thanks to this sliding system, the SLIDE allows the operator to in-crease the number of moulds used and therefore a substantial in-crease in production. The specially studied system, in fact, allows the sliding of moulds from the cooled plate of the MI-03 injector directly on the surface of the slide, on which, thanks to a combined handling system, the mould is guided along an automated path, which leads directly to the operator. In this way the operator can continue to insert moulds on the loader without any stop. When the moulds are opened, the models will be perfectly solidified. The slide is compatible with all previous versions of the MI-03.

Grazie al sistema di scorrimento gomme, lo SCIVOLO permette l’incremento da parte dell’operatore del numero di gomme utilizzate e quindi un sostan-ziale potenziamento della produzione. Il sistema appositamente studiato, infatti, consente lo scorrimento delle gomme dalla piastra raffreddata dell’i-niettore MI-03 direttamente sulla superficie dello scivolo, sul quale, grazie al sistema di movimentazione combinato, lo stampo viene guidato lungo un percorso automatizzato, che lo porta fino all’operatore. In questo modo l’o-peratore potrà continuare ad inserire gomme sul caricatore senza la neces-sità di fermarsi. Al momento dell’apertura delle gomme, i modelli saranno perfettamente solidificati. Lo scivolo è compatibile con tutte le precedenti versioni della MI-03.

Technical Advantages

1 The molds also of different sizes, are automatically loaded into the clamp, the working cycle is started automatically. The oper-ator must not press any button. Fast and simple.

1 Gli stampi anche di dimensioni diverse, vengono caricati automatica-

mente nella pinza, il ciclo di lavorazione si avvia in automatico. L’opera-

tore non deve premere nessun tasto. Veloce e semplice.

2 La pinza centra lo stampo preparandolo per l’iniezione. I parametri dello

stampo vengono impostati oppure letti automaticamente sul Tag RFID,

se presente nello stampo. Notevole risparmio di tempo.

3 Lo stampo viene iniettato automaticamente secondo i parametri impo-

stati. Facile per l’operatore.

4 Lo stampo viene ruotato e scaricato automaticamente sul raffreddato-

re di fronte all’operatore. Immediata e compatta.

5 Il raffreddatore mantiene costante la temperatura degli stampi, velo-

cizzando il raffreddamento delle cere. La temperatura del raffreddato-

re è impostabile e regolabile direttamente da touch screen.

International Patent PendingThe feature that makes the only MI-03 in the market, is to work on a continuous cycle through a charger of vertical molds, loading and fully automatic unloading and cooler for the molds, integrated in the machine. It is the first and only automatic injector to be covered by international patent pending.

1. TANK / SERBATOIO Tank with vacuum control through the use of a high performance pump that allows to eliminate all the air and moisture from melted wax avoiding the formation of micro-bubbles. Made of aluminum, thermally insulated from the environment, it maintains uniform temperature and allows the homogeneous melting wax. Capacity 4,5 kg.

Serbaotio con controllo del vuoto grazie all’utilizzo di una pompa ad alte prestazioni che permette di eliminare tutta l’aria e l’umidità dalla cera fusa impedendo la formazione di micro-bolle.Realizzato in alluminio, isolato termicamente dall’ambiente esterno, mantiene la temperatura uniforme e permette lo scioglimento omogeneo della cera. 3. VACUUM / VUOTO High vacuum created with an high performance pump, directly in the mould, allowing to remove all the air inside, eliminating the presence of bubbles and micro bubbles produced in wax and allowing the exact copy of the model in the mould. The vacuum is measured electronically and automatically controlled.If the vacuum does not reach 100%, the injection is not performed: the operator obtained, only perfectly successful models, eliminating the production of waste.

Alto vuoto realizzato tramite pompa ad alte prestazioni, direttamente nello stampo, che consente di rimuovere tutta l’aria presente al suo interno, eliminando la presenza di bolle e micro bolle nelle cere prodotte e consentendo l’esatta copia del modello. Il vuoto è misurato elettronicamente e controllato in automatico. Se il vuoto non raggiunge il 100%, l’iniezione non viene effettuata: l’operatore ottiene cosi, solo modelli perfettamente riusciti, eliminando la produzione di scarti.

11. PUMP / POMPAHigh vacuum and high-performance pump, that allows to remove all the air from the tank and the moisture from melted wax, remove all the air from the mould, avoiding the formation of micro-bubbles.

Pompa ad alto vuoto e ad alte prestazioni che permette di rimuovere tutta l’aria dal serbatoio e l’umidità dalla cera fusa, elimina tutta l’aria dallo stampo evitando la formazione di micro bolle.

TECHNOLOGY RFID / TECNOLOGIA RFIDReader and writer that allows to save all the working parameters (programs), in the TAG RFID (microchip) that can be positioned by adhesive on the mould surface or vulcanized inside the moulds. This technology allows a total repeatability of waxes and greatly facilitates the operator’s work.

Lettore e scrittore che permette il salvataggio di tutti i parame-tri di lavoro (programmi), nei TAG RFID (microchip) che possono essere posizionati tramite adesivo sulla superficie dello stampo o vulcanizzati all’interno degli stampi. 10. ENERGY SAVING / RISPARMIO ENERGETICOPOWER-ON/OFF mode: allows you to set in the touch screen the time and day of the power on and the shutdown of the injector. STAND-BY mode: After a few minutes of inactivity the electronic components are turned off, conserving power and extending the life span of the same components.

AUTO POWER-ON/OFF mode: permette di impostare dal touch screen l’orario e il giorno di accensione e di spegnimento dell’iniettore. STAND-BY mode: dopo alcuni minuti di inattività i componenti elettronici si spengono, risparmiando energia ed estendendo la durata della vita degli stessi componenti.
