Who  is  AG  Global?  Amaizeingly Green Value Products, a predecessor company of AG Global, was established in June of 2007 with the vision of providing high efficacy, non-toxic, biodegradable and eco-friendly turf fertilizers. The list of products has since grown to include soil amendments for use in commercial farming and home gardening. The Company is now producing and distributing a number of natural and organic fertilizers, organic based fertilizers, water soluble fertilizers and slow release fertilizers. AG Global caters to all market segments including retail, certified organic, open field, greenhouse & hydroponic crops, fruits and vegetables, turf, landscape, nurseries, etc. AG Global is one of the largest natural and organic fertilizer manufacturers in Canada with products available in retail outlets and distribution centers across North America. The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of specialized nutrients and supplements in both liquid and granular form which include 100% crop specific and general purpose products. We also undertake custom blending on a large scale and offer products to all categories of customers at very affordable rates with exceptional service.

Our Team…

Brian V. Iversen Mr. Iversen is the Chief Executive Officer of AG Global. He is based in Houston, Texas

Prior to joining AG Global in early 2013, Mr. Iversen held a position as a Vice President of Riverstone Holdings where he was an investment professional focused on the renewable energy industries as well as the offshore oil and natural gas services sectors. Riverstone is the owner of AG Global and an energy- and power-focused private equity firm with approximately $25 billion of equity capital raised across seven investment funds, including the world’s largest renewable energy fund 1.

Prior to joining Riverstone in 2005, Mr. Iversen was a Sr. Financial Analyst with Seabulk International, a Riverstone portfolio company primarily engaged in the offshore oil and gas and marine industries. Mr. Iversen's responsibilities at Seabulk included all aspects of corporate accounting and finance. Prior to joining Seabulk, Mr. Iversen was an Accounting Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Aircraft Service International Group ("ASIG"), an international aviation service company. While at ASIG, Mr. Iversen managed managerial and financial accounting at three South Florida locations and developed and introduced a labor expense reduction system to 65 company locations across the United States.

Mr. Iversen serves on the Boards of Directors of AG Global, LLC. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of Amaizeingly Green Value Products ULC, Amaizeingly Green Products L.P, Green Earth Fuels LLC, Patagonia Bioenergia SA, ReEnergy Holdings LLC, Sustainable Oils LLC, Frontier Drilling Holdings and Seajacks International.

Mr. Iversen received his B.S., magna cum laude, in finance and accounting from University of Central Florida where he also participated on the NCAA Division I soccer team. He is a citizen of Denmark and has represented his country in 25 youth soccer national team games. Mr. Iversen served as a First Lieutenant in the Danish Royal Army for three years prior to coming to the United States in 2000.

Angelo Lamanna Mr. Lamanna is the Chief Operating Officer of AG Global. He is based in Toronto, Ontario

Mr. Lamanna is the former Vice President of Amaizeingly Green Value Products ULC (“AGVP”), a predecessor company to AG Global. He was hired by AGVP to develop, manage and be responsible for the team which created AGVP’s fertilizer product lines and operations. Mr. Lamanna has since inception of the fertilizer company in 2007 lead the company’s efforts related to business development, operations, and customer relations.

Mr. Lamanna is a seasoned manufacturing and sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and electronics sector. Prior to joining AGVP, he led Inter Company Operations at Rogers Communications Inc. (“Rogers”) where he was responsible for the Integration of telecommunications assets for all products through the Rogers Group of Companies. Prior to joining Rogers, Mr. Lamanna worked at Sprint Communications, Group Telecom/360 Networks, CheckFree i-Solutions as National Sales Manager and, Panasonic Canada. His extensive experience with technology companies combined with his computer engineering background has helped build AGVP to the growing and successful company it is today. With a successful track record in leadership, Mr. Lamanna’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, project management, change management, contract negotiation, and business strategy and process improvement.

Mr. Lamanna received his Computer Engineering and Technology degree at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. He has over the years continuously added to his education by earning designations in Networking and Operations.

Daryl R. Dorchak Mr. Dorchak is the Chief Financial Officer of AG Global. He is based in Collingwood, Ontario

Mr. Dorchak is the former CEO of Amaizeingly Green Products L.P. (“AGP”) and Amaizeingly Green Value Products ULC (“AGVP”), both predecessor companies of AG Global. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Dorchak was CFO of AGP and a member of the team which developed AGP since inception in 2004. As CFO, he managed all aspects of AGP’s accounting functions and financial reporting requirements, and played a key role in investor relations and corporate governance. As CEO of AGP, Mr. Dorchak oversaw all aspects of AGP’s financial and operational functions. Prior to his role at AGP, Mr. Dorchak was a principal of Intercontinental Energy Brokers Limited, a leading natural gas and power broker in Europe, which was sold successfully to ICAP plc in 2003.

Mr. Dorchak has worked extensively in the natural gas marketing industry, developing marketing and brokerage businesses. His focus was to use his Certified Management Accountant designation to build and support marketing teams, managing purchase and sale accounts and to create netback tracking, margin and volume balancing systems.

Mr. Dorchak received his B. Comm., with Distinction, in finance from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. He added to his education with a Certified Management Accounting designation and National Futures Association Series 3 license. Mr. Dorchak serves on the Boards of Directors of AG Global Canada, L.P.

Edward Solomon Mr. Solomon is a Sales Manager. He is based in Toronto, Ontario

Prior to joining AG Global in October 2011, Mr. Solomon held several key positions in the organic fertilizer and waste Industries. His specialty is organic diversion and conversion of waste by-products into the production of soil nutrients and retail ready products. Mr. Solomon has 30 years of experience in the organic diversion and conversion Industries in North America including collection, processing and fertilizer product development.

As President and COO of Ed’s Purely Organic Lawn and Garden Products (“Ed’s Purely”), Mr. Solomon was responsible for development and registration of several new organic corn gluten and compost-based products. He also oversaw licensees, sales and marketing, and was responsible for the company’s growth strategies, including sales training, team building and contract sourcing. Concurrently, Mr. Solomon sat on the Board of Directors for Ed’s Purely Organic Lawn and Garden Products, First Waste Transload (“FWT”) and First Waste Canada. As director Mr. Solomon assisted FWT with its first $10 million capital raise and Ed’s Purely with a $5 million capital raise.

Prior to joining Ed’s Purely in 2004, Mr. Solomon was sales manager and organic materials procurement officer with Richmond Bio Conversion located in British Columbia. Prior to that, Mr. Solomon held a regional sales and marketing position with American Water Services Canada in their organic land application and digester cleaning division and he was a regional sales manager for Advanced Organics where he managed the Ontario-based operations including product collection, organic raw material sourcing and material balance, later growing to include both New York State and Pennsylvania.
