These values are approximates only. Depending on the characteristics of the filling machines, test fillings are recommended. Tube diameter is set; length of tubing can be adjusted.

BARRIER PROPERTIES

GAS BARRIER PROPERTIESEVOH (Ethelyne Vinyl Alcohol) resins offer outstanding gas barrier properties, which

are superior to those of any other conventional polymer. Food quality generally deteriorates due to the presence of oxygen, EVOH effectivly enhances flavour and

quality retention by preventing oxygen from penetrating through the package

RESISTANCE TO OIL AND ORGANIC SOLVENTSEVOH’s resistance to oils and organic solvents is very good. EVOH is therefore

suitable for packaging oily foods, edible oils, mineral oils, agricultural pesticides and organic solvents

AROMA AND FLAVOUR PRESERVATIONEVOH based packaging is effective in retaining fragrances and preserving the aroma

and flavour of the contents within the package for the desired period of time. At the same time undesirable odours are prevented from entering the packaging

FROM THE N2:From the Airport/Durban take the (Petro Port) Queen Nandi Road o�ramp. Turn right over the bridge and follow Nandi Road until you get to Marseilles Road (5). Consupaq is on the corner. Turn right and go into the second gate with the security o�ce.

FROM THE N2 NORTH: From Ballito/Gateway/Umhlanga TAKE the Petroport turno� on to the Queen Nandi Road, turn left at the lights (1) and follow the road through three sets of tra�c lights. Turn right at (5). You will see CONSUPAQ on the right hand side. Go to the second gate (with the security o�ce).

FROM DURBAN:From Umgeni Road, keep right and cross the Connaught Bridge. Turn left at the robot signposted Newlands East/N2 into Queen Nandi Road (under the Queen Nandi Bridge).
