The Immaculate Conception
We, the people of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, rooted in Jesus Christ and strengthened in faith, strive to do God’s work on earth by committing our lives, talents, treasures, and love for the Kingdom of God. We are called to nurture and welcome all by celebrating the Sacraments with praise and thanksgiving, caring
for those with needs, and by living and teaching the Gospel.

2018 DSA Prayer Loving and gracious God, we praise you and we thank
you for the bountiful gifts that you have bestowed up-
on us.
Instill in us the courage to “Go and Announce the Gos-
pel of the Lord.”
Help us to understand that we are called to disciple-
ship, to grow actively in faith and to go and share the
good news with the world.
Please bless our unified efforts and help us to bring
Christ’s love to all we encounter.
Give us the grace to be generous in our support of the
Diocesan Services Appeal, so that we may faithfully
participate as missionary disciples in the work of Your
Holy Church.
Amen. Confirmation is this Wednesday, April 25th
.
Please keep our Students of Immaculate
Conception Church in your prayers.

“Go and Announce the Gospel of the Lord” is the theme of our 2018 Diocesan Services Appeal. It reminds us that each of us is called to discipleship. Supporting the DSA is one way to share our bless-ings and the Good News with the world. We ask that each member of Immaculate Conception Parish consider a generous gift to DSA. Our parish goal of $29,588 can be reached if each one of us shares a portion of the many blessings God has be-stowed upon us. Please prayerfully consider how you or your family will respond to this call to carry on Christ’s work in our community.
Graduating Seniors We are preparing for this year's Graduation Breakfast and Mass on Sunday, June 3rd. If you have a high school senior graduating this year, please contact Roxanne Kiger (248) 943-7169 so we can make sure they are included.
Prayer Shawl Meeting The next Prayer Shawl meeting is Wednesday April 25th at 10:00 AM in the Parish Office Building. All are welcome. If you know of someone, or you yourself would like a Prayer Shawl or Throw, please call Terri Flanagan 734-434-3037
Homebound Parishioners If you are a homebound parishioner and would like to receive Holy Communion at your residence, please contact Teri Greenleaf to make arrangements. Home phone: 734-439-1371 Cell phone: 734-635-1438
