Financial Summary
The Company has issued the convertible bonds in the aggregate principal amount of US$30 million on 3 January 2021, which conversion price is HK$5.54.
As of 30 June 2021, the market price of the share of the Company was approximately HK$4.5 higher than the conversion price. Therefore, a fair value loss of approximately US$28.4 million may be expected to be recorded.

Robin DuanFounder, Chairman
Robin is the Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the Mobvista Group. Robin focuses on Group management, long-term strategy and business expansion. After graduating from Zhejiang University, Robin became Huawei's overseas product manager. Later, Robin joined UC, a major tech company behind the popular UC Browser, where he successfully led his team to reach over 100 million global MAUs. Thanks to his years spent in the industry, Robin acquired rich experience in global mobile marketing and technology. In 2013, Robin founded Mobvista with a goal to help Chinese enterprises boost their expansion into the global market.

Clement is the co-founder and CEO of the Mobvista Group. He is mainly responsible for the overall management of the Group's operations. Clement focuses on implementing strategy and business operations across Mobvista and its subsidiaries. Mobvista strives to drive innovation through a SaaS tooling ecosystem by providing monetization, multi-channel media buying, creative production, and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Erick FangGroup CPO, CEO of Mintegral
Erick is the CPO of the Mobvista Group, in charge of product innovation and management. Erick received his bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University, and his masters degree from University of Pittsburgh. After working at Umeng, a leading mobile app analytics provider in China, as the Senior Director of Product, Erick joined Alibaba as Senior Specialist in Product. At Mobvista, Erick successfully led the team that developed Mintegral, the programmatic interactive advertising platform, which managed to reach over 50 million SDK DAUs in its first 6 months. According to the 2020 Appsflyer Performance Index, Mintegral was the only Chinese company to reach the top 10 rankings, placing 6th on the Global Power Ranking (Android & iOS).

Xiaoqiang ZhuGroup Chief AI Officer
Zhu Xiaoqiang was the head of Alibaba Group’s display advertisements technical team and AI algorithm platform team. He is also one of the initiators of the DLP-KDD workshop (the industry forefront for the discourse on the practical applications of advertisements/recommendations/search technology), as well as its co-chair from 2019-2021. He has near 10 years of professional experience in AI-related fields, and has led and completed innumerable projects branching from fields such as core advertising algorithms, AI infrastructure platforms, and computing power architecture. He has also published dozens of papers at top industry conferences such as KDD, AAAI, and IJCAI.

Sean SongGroup CFO
Sean is the CFO of the Mobvista Group and he manages the Group's financials and investments. As a member of CICPA, Sean has participated in all three rounds of open investments and financing and co-led Mobvista's listing on the HKEx. Sean also led the cross-border merger in Europe and the US and is responsible for the strategic business expansion in the US. Before joining Mobvista, Sean was Assistant Manager at KPMG and the Head of Energy Management Contracting at Mingyang Electric.

Morten E. WulffGroup VP, Chairman Game Analytics
Morten is the VP of the Mobvista Group. Morten is a serial entrepreneur, active investor, and advisor of a portfolio of early-stage start-ups and companies. He has raised over $25 million in funding from Venture Capitalists and is the founder of one of the most comprehensive gaming analytics tools on the market, GameAnalytics. Morten founded GameAnalytics in 2012 and remains Chairman of the company today. After raising over $8M in funding, the company was acquired by Mobvista in 2016. The GameAnalytics platform enables game development teams to rapidly refine gameplay, improve retention and increase revenue with real-time data analysis for all major game engines and operating systems.

Chao is the Chief Architect of the Mobvista Group with more than 15 years of experience in software development. Before joining Mobvista, Chao worked at several international tech companies including Amazon and HP. Previously working as Chief Technology Architect, Chao led all Chinese marketplace projects and improved customer experience using machine learning, big data, and cloud computing. Chao also led the development of TopAnalyzer, a network security system, which was used at multiple international events including the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
