NO DEPOSITARY RISK: GBS Finance does not offer depositary services. This means that the client will continue to have their funds depos-ited at the bank of his/her choice and continue to receive all of the information from those en-tities. GBS Finance will act as interlocutor, of-fering the client straightforward, unified man-agement with a global scope.

EFFICIENCY: GBS Finance consolidates all infor-mation regarding investments and compiles a tailor-made report for each client. This full and clear vision of each portfolio is the basis tfor controlling profitability, optimizing the portfolio and better monitoring the risk.

COST MANACEMENT: The client is the only person who pays our fees. Any savings or re-bates obtained from the product providers or custodians are returned in full to our clients. GBS Finance Investments supports potential business projects that are at an early stage (start-ups) or ongoing projects that require ad-ditional financing to undertake their develop-ment and growth plans in their sectors.

• Provides start-ups with access to a network of venture capital and angel funds for the implementation of their business.

• Analysis, structuring and investment/co-investment in new projects, creating direct investment opportunities for third parties.

• He has been member of the Board of Directors at Petronor, Ebro Foods and Biosearch Life and nowadays he is Chairman of LA Organic and of LA Almazara by Starck and Founding Partner of Círculo Fortuny.
