With an emphasis on leadership development, Tabasco Elementary will promote an environment that produces global and 21st-century leadership skills. All students will utilize their voice to become productive, as well as embrace active roles within the school and community as they conduct project-based learning. An emphasis on leadership skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, public speaking, critical thinking, and creative thinking

will be nurtured throughout the school culture. All stakeholders at Tabasco Elementary are committed to producing students who will achieve academically through the integration of diverse educational experiences and perspectives into all aspects of their education. All students at Tabasco Elementary will transition to middle school with the ability to lead themselves and others.
