Rain turns this into a deep puddle and muddy.

The path to my van is difficult and very painful

to my back.

Roof is brittle and leaks to the point of

internal water damage and possible

electrical dangers.

Rear door unsafe because walking

presents the risk of falling, on stairs and the concrete patio, which is cracked and uneven. My chair will not acess the

patio but at speed which is very painful and bad

for the chair.

I spend most of my time in my shop and it has no protection for my chair and cannot be entered with my

wheelchair.

The power cables are ratty and the service

is only 60 amp. Outlets are mostly 2 prong and several have burned out.

Repairs are touchy due to brittle

insulation inside metal shielding.

Leaks have damaged the ceilings in both the

Pantry and Living Room.In the Pantry rain water has fallen on the water heater and filled

these light bulbs.

Ceiling is falling and I do not know

what the leak has done to the wiring in

the wall.

Ceiling tile damage is

over full width of house and some tiles are coming loose.

House is settling and walls are

cracking and rear door no longer fits

in frame. The damage is

through the hardwood floors and runs across

the whole house.

This the only HVAC, heat is

accomplished by use of space

heaters which cooks the internal

wiring even though it is not

grounded.

The front room is as far as my chair can go within the

house.

House settling has all but made the rear door

unable to be closed is also splitting the door.

Front door is falling apart and so narrow that the chair has caused

damage.

There are several incidents of

exposed wiring as well as fixtures of unknown intent. The turn to use this bathroom is

impossible for my wheelchair.

The main bathroom remains risky and difficult to use and

unfinished after another group came

and repaired the floor.

This shower cannot be used because the tile leaks

through to the crawl space yet the water still flows in when the washing machine

empties. All the houses drains constantly slow and while the pressure is very

low, the pipes are constantly developing leaks both on the high pressure

lines and drains.

One hot water leak ran for a month before discovery and created a mold problem still unresolved.

Kitchen is completely

inaccessible, too small and narrow,

for my chair. Door is too narrow and the

floor is uneven.

Fan fixture is loose and unsafe in

dressing room which cannot be accessed

by wheelchair.
