Box is a manmade thing which helps as a lot in many

ways, commonly to move and store things. We don’t

realize the need of boxes in our life, but when we look

around we will find ourselves surrounded by boxes.

Usually we buy boxes only when we are relocating or

moving things. Thus we always found ourselves in a

COLLECTING

Page 4: A Guide to Select Boxes

In the very first step you have to collect the entire things

you are willing to pack, transport or store. If you have

lots of things no need to worry you can collect them

virtually by listing them on a paper.

Do not forget to add anything whether its small of large,

you have to make a list of each and every thing. You can

even separate or sort the things here as well.

For instance you have 10 small items, 5 medium items

and 2 large items to be packed. Now according to sizes

you can easily put all small things in a single medium size

box, where 5 medium things can be easily adjusted in 2-3

boxes, similarly large items. Now after packing just paste

the list on boxes you have just prepared.

SHORTING &

ANALYZING

Page 6: A Guide to Select Boxes

After collecting and creating a list of items, you have to

analyze them. This will be a deep analysis of things; you

have to make some criteria which will help you in packing

things.

You will collect and find things what you can place

together, which item will need more care, which item is

heavier and so on.

Accordingly you will prepare a list how many boxes will

be required and of what sizes. This will also help in

finalizing how tough boxes will be needed, or is there any

need of other packaging equipments like thermo coal,

bubble wrap etc.
