Located in the heart of Sussex County in Georgetown, Delaware, the Owens Campus is conveniently situated at the intersection of

Route 113 and Seashore Highway, Route 18/404. The 147-acre campus includes the William A. Carter Partnership Center, which

houses Delaware Tech, Delaware State University, University of Delaware, and Wilmington University programs. In addition to

serving as the county hub for higher education, the campus hosts many recreational, community, and cultural events.
