Offer conditions• This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.• This offer is available to existing HSBC customers taking out a new HSBC Home Insurance

policy in branch, over the phone or online between the 29th October 2018 and 9th December 2018. If you cancel either your buildings or contents cover or both within the first 30 days of your policy start date, you will not be eligible to benefit from this offer. This offer is subject to availability.

• Only one gift is available per household.• You will be entitled to choose from one of the following complimentary gifts: a) Night

away for two; or b) Afternoon tea; or c) Treat for me; or d) D-Link Camera.• Each gift is subject to its own terms and conditions. See individual gift terms and

conditions below.• Once you have held your policy for 30 days you will be sent a Choice email or letter

(depending on your preference) by MLP, our third party administrator for this offer, which will contain instructions on how to select your gift. The email or letter will be sent to your registered email or postal address within 40 days.

• You will need to choose a gift within 60 days of receiving your Choice email or letter, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.

Night away for two:• Bookings can only be made at participating hotels through MLP’s central reservations line

– 01565 831 816. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Please note any bookings made directly with a hotel will not be honoured.

• The booking code and instructions on how to book your hotel will be delivered to the mailing address given to HSBC when you buy your policy, within 30 days of selecting your gift. Your booking code is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

• Bookings can only be made up to 14 days in advance of your stay. Please note that bookings requested on the same day as your stay will not be honoured.

• Your night away is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Where available, for an additional cost, you are welcome to upgrade your room, add additional nights or guests (e.g. to a family room). Prices for any extra nights, room upgrades and meals are subject to change. Please enquire at the time of booking for costs.

• There is no obligation to purchase any additional extras, for example, meals or beverages, however any additional costs will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel.

• Please be aware that once you’ve booked your night away changes cannot be made to the date or venue. Such changes will be treated as a cancellation.

• If you cancel your booking, your unique booking code will become void. If you have paid for upgrades, extra nights, guests or meals and you cancel your booking your payment may not be refunded. This is at the hotels’ discretion.

• The terms and conditions of each hotel apply. If there are any specific terms and conditions for the hotel you have chosen, you will be made aware of them when you call to book.

• Your booking is subject to the hotels’ availability for this offer. This offer excludes bookings for Public or Bank Holiday periods in the UK and Ireland and Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. school holidays.
