FIRST GOVERNOR´s ANNUAL REPORT
CCSJ was mentioned in the AnnualGovernor’s Report, as a State’sreferent on social reinsertion foryouth in conflict with the law.
This acknowledgment is the result ofthe strong commitment andcollaboration between public, privateinstitutions,non-governmentalorganizations and the operativeteam of Consejo Ciudadano, and it encourages the institutionalizationand improvement of reinsertiongood practices.

CCSJ personel participated in atraining on "Human Trafficking:Identification and VictimAttention by the Citizen´sCouncil of México City.
The training aimed to create aninternal protocol for identifyingHuman Trafficking in its form of"Exploitation of Children andAdolescents for CriminalActivities", to be able to selectedand give the specialized neededattention if a case isencountered.

Training given to Juarez´Police
A gender-perspective and new masculinitiestraining was given to elements of Juarez´Police by the Women's Institute and CCSJ.The aim is to integrate this perspective totheir daily work, where they have the firstcontact with youth in conflict with the law. Atotal of 38 local police officer attended thetraining.
Training given to PrisonPastoral
Personal from CCSJ Chihuahua gave ashort training on Pedagogy of Careto Prison Pastoral members. Thisorganization has been working closelywith youth in conflict with the Lae foryears and CCSJ wanted to share theimportance os a Human´sRight perspective in theirinterventions.
Neuroscience of Adiction Training
Chihuahua´s DrugCourt facilitated a training on"The Neuroscience ofAddiction", imparted byMargarita Grajeda. Personnelfrom CCSJ Cuauhtémocattended this training.
Employee of the Month
A participant of "We Believe inYou" Chihuahua, got the"Employee of the Month" awardbecause his outstanding serviceand sales performance in a well-known restaurant of the city.
