It’s Harvest time. The Educational Services Division at Northwest AEA is making plans to publish the 37th Edition of Harvest. We are looking forward to seeing your students’ writing and artwork. We will be providing a free copy of Harvest to each student in the publication. A PDF of the publication will be available on the Northwest AEA website. If you or the school or parents wish additional paper copies, they can be ordered in advance at a cost of $10 each. Once it has been determined which pieces will be in Harvest, we will notify the teacher of the students being published, asking for any additional orders. Payment will be required at the time of the order placement. General Guidelines Submit two entries per teacher. If you teach more than one section of students, four entries per teacher may be submitted. If the title line is not completed, the entry will be titled, “Untitled”. Student and parent/guardian signatures are required on the form. We cannot publish without these. Due to space constraints, we cannot prom- ise to publish an entry from every class or teacher. Writing Submit student writing using Helvetica, Arial, or Times font. K-2 entries may be submitted in student handwriting. Entries are published as submitted. Please edit spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Art Black and white artwork reproduces best, but color may be submitted. Artwork on lined paper or in light pencil cannot be reproduced. Do not fold artwork. If artwork is larger than 11 x 17, take a picture and email it to Judy at the address below. Original artwork will be returned. Also, keep in mind one piece of artwork will be selected for the cover. Please do not paste the permission form on the artwork staple or paper clip it.
