• The Forceful Ram– First, the ram “had two horns.” Rams normally

have two horns but these two horns were unique. • The Furious Goat

The Furious Goat

1. (vs.21) the goat is clearly identified as the GREEK Empire

2. The central to the empire of Greece is Aegea which means GOAT

3. (vs.5) “on the face of the whole earth” speaks of how Alexander the Great CONQUERED the world of his day

• (vs.5) “touched not the ground” speaks of the SWIFTNESS of his conquests.

• (vs.5) “the notable horn” is speaking of ALEXANDER THE GREAT

Verses 6-7

• Alexander the Great’s ASSAULT on the Persian Empire is described (vs.6)

• The word Choler means BITTER

• (vs.9) The Little horn mentioned in this verse is speaking of ANTIOCHUS EPIPHANES IV.

• He is specifically know for his HATRED of the Jews

• Hundreds of years before any of this ever happened, Daniel saw it happening. We can look back at history and see that what God predicted came to pass just as He said it would.
