Coins on Exhibition at Auction Room on day of sale, from 9 A, M, to 1 P. M.

Strangers making bids by mail should send de¬ posit.

TERMS OF SALE.

1. The highest bidder to be the purchaser, and if any dispute arises betweembidders, the lot so disputed shall be immediately put up again, provided the claimed bids were made in an audible voice.

2. No bids of a fraction of a cent will be received unless the lot contains over 50 pieces. Above one dollar no less than 5c. shall be advanced.

3. The goods are sold for cash and must be paid for and taken away the day'after the sale.

4. Purchasers unknown to the auctioneer will be required to

give name and address to the bookkeeper and make a deposit

of twenty-five per cent, of the amount of purchase. Out-of-town bidders, unknown to their agent, should send deposit with bids.

5. The coins are sold at so much for each one in the lot. 6. Every coin sold is warranted genuine. Coins are carefully

catalogued according to condition by known experts, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, as a check on the cataloguer—

7. The entire sale will be on exhibition on the day of the sale, from 9 A. M. to 1 p. m., and every stamp can be carefully examined,

8. Collectors residing out of town can, for a small commission, employ experts to examine the various lots and bid for them. The cataloguer or auctioneer make no charge for buying and assume no liability.
