THE FOOD Kick off your Christmas fiesta with a choice of two excellent three-

course menus for either £31.95 or £41.95, both using the freshest ingredients, with each dish

prepared daily on-site. Christmas crackers and hats are included, of course!

Aperitivos include Cantina Laredo’s signature top-shelf guacamole, prepared at the table

and served with warm tortilla chips; golden panko-encrusted jalapeños with a chicken and

cheese filling and coriander lime dip; and tender baby back ribs basted with guajillo chilli

honey. Perfect for sharing!

For mains, choose from delicious dishes such as the traditional Chile En Nogada – fresh

poblano pepper with a light crispy batter stuffed with a sweet picadillo filling of beef,

pork, almonds and raisins. Alternatively, opt for soft corn tortillas filled with fresh fish

and chipotle aioli or a ribeye steak and adobo-marinated skirt steak. Vegetarian fajitas are

also available on both menus.

Desserts are a real treat, with everything from traditional Mexican churros to chocolate

fudge brownie and Mexican apple pie.

THE DRINKS Cantina Laredo is passionate about tequila and serves over 30 of the

world’s very best 100% blue agave tequilas, each one sourced by the team. The cocktail list

is just as tempting, with classic favourites such as the Casa Rita Margarita, along with more

unusual creations, including the Avocado Passion. Wine connoisseurs will be impressed with

the extensive list, which has been carefully selected by Master of Wine Richard Bampfield to

complement the fiery flavours of Mexican cuisine.

THE SPACE Cantina Laredo offers three different sections to cater for Christmas

parties from 14 to 126 guests, including a private dining room. The spaces can be

individually hired or combined, depending on your requirements.
