DESCRIPTION

This is a talk I gave at the UN on Feb 5 2003. It went pretty well (was exciting to talk at such an important gathering!). Speaker notes are included, so you can read along. These are just the summary slides ... the whole thing is like 45 slides long.

Iraq Has Refused To Disarm Peacefully

• Iraq’s actions to hide and cover up evidenceconstitute a deliberate campaign to prevent anymeaningful inspection work.

• We believe Iraq is in material breach of UN SecurityCouncil Resolution 1441.

• Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction are a real andpresent danger to the people of Iraq, its neighborsand the world.

• Terrorist groups could use these horrible weaponsanywhere in the world.
