ABOUT USAl Faisal Construc�on and Manage-ment Engineers (AFCME) is a new name in the Construc�on industry. The firm is new, but the team isn’t. The firm has entered the business with a leadership that has strategic design, in-depth exper�se and a vision for future. The firm has been registered with Pakistan Engineering Counsel as a Category C -4 firm. Moreover the company has been registered with SECP and FBR as a private limited firm. In the very first month of its raising, the firm proved its me�le for undertaking a challeng-ing project of construc�ng flats in

inhospitable and difficult terrain of Murree hills.

In construc�on, we take on residen�al as well as commercial projects and deliver tastefully designed, elegant and innova�ve solu�ons not only in terms of construc�on but alongside a complete blue print of the manage-ment plan of the project is also afforded to the customers. We provide our services right from selec�on of the right project itself, iden�fying the right land and its legal transfer, departmental approvals, drawings, designs, construc�on,

handing over of the project and its maintenance and upkeep beyond the turn key stage and alongside and throughout the project life cycle. We provide marke�ng, sales, management and sustainability services as we understand the harsh reality of present era, not only the resourc-es are scarce, but most of us are walking on �ght rope as far as �me is concerned.
