INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND• Some students feel English lessons
are impossible goal to reach.
• English facilitators make mistakes when they did not take into account pupils’ differences.
• difficulties and challenges faced by ESL students learning.
Justification• The importance of this project comes due
to the main goal of the teaching process should and must be to make it significant, meaningful and effective for the learner; and to become a rewarding, positive and a possible challenge for the teachers.

To analyze the implications of Pedagogical Strategies implemented by teachers to develop speaking and listening skills in a seventh grade class with students with a heterogeneous domain of ESL at San Agustín technical High School.
Specific objectives• To identify the strategies applied by teacher on seventh grader for
developing speaking performance in English class.
• To determine the effectiveness of the strategies applied by teacher on seventh grader for developing Speaking skills.
• To describe the strategies used to develop speaking skill in a seventh grader class with a specific level of domain of ESL.
• To propose Pedagogical Strategies for enhancing speaking skill by English teacher at Ciudad de los Niños.

Teachers in the learning process of students with curricular adaptations at San Agustin Technical High School
Specific Objectives:• To define the strategies based on psico-pedagogical theories in the learning
process used by English teachers.• To describe the strategies based on psico-pedagogical theories in the
learning process of English as a foreign Language of students with non-significant curricular accomodations.
• To demonstrate the effectiveness strategies use with students with non-significant curricular accomodations performance in the English class.
Impact of the ProposalStudents will have an academic impact, if this proposal is developed
an additional tool on the students learning process,
technology nowadays is what moves the world.
