From Pastor to E-PastorFor 5 years I had services around the city and disbanded and became an E-Pastor and have built a professional website, and developed an online presence!

Team Meeting at the Beginning of the Day.My Day Begins with Coffee!• My day begins with a good cup

of java as it gives me the lift I need. I will have a team meeting to discuss what was good about yesterday and what was bad. Meeting is only 15 minutes.

• Positions Needed:• Sales Team for the store.• Musicians and Singers to

perform on three different floors while customers are shopping.

• Managers of different depts. Such as Sheet Music, Musical Instruments, CD’s and Video’s, and etc.

Employee Safety and Health• Occupational Safety and Health

Administration (OSHA).• We support and enforce the

laws of Occupational Safety and Health act of 1970 and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970-The law passed by congress in 1970 “to assure so far as possible every working man and woman in the nation safe and healthful working conditions and to preserve our human resources.” (OSHA) The agency created within the Department of Labor created a set of safety and health standards for almost all workers in the United States.

OSHA Record-Keeping Procedures• Employers with 11 or

more employees must maintain records of and report occupational injuries and occupational illnesses.

• An occupational illness is any abnormal condition or disorder caused by exposure to environmental factors associated with employment. This includes acute and chronic illnesses caused by inhalation absorption, ingestion, or direct contact with toxic substances or harmful agents. I will mention now the C-Papp Incident.

Talent Management• Recruiting and Talent

Management: We decided not to do the traditional approach but to take the modern approach.

• Talent Management-The end to end process of planning, recruiting, developing, managing, and compensating employees throughout the organization.

• There are resources available for Talent Management Solutions such as:

• (www.talentmanagement 101.com) talent suite includes e-recruiting software, employee performance management, a learning management system, and compensation management.

• Among other things Talent Management Solutions’ suite of programs “relieves the stress of writing employee performance reviews by automating the task'

Compensation

• I go throughout the day with meetings and interviews and conclude my day working on Compensation from 3:00 P.M. to around 4:30 and I leave for the day early, feeling I had a very productive day and at the same time my head is buzzing with more things to do in the future, but I have learned to shut it down once I get home.

• Compensation-It is clear to understand that if you want to get and keep good people you have to take good care of them.

• We offer good health insurance for our employees with no to very little co-pays. We do not support Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield due to the C-Papp Incident.
