A Day in My Life at The Stables in Perisher NSW Australia

Workin breakfast this morning, oh boy 

Gotta be awake before its time 

To start my shift and set the restaurant 

Luckily I live right above 

Where I have to work….. 

Beat the sun out of bed again 

And time for photographs of its rise 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A crowd of people came and ate 

They enjoyed their food 

Then they ran out the door to hit the hill.  

 

Reset the restaurant for dinner then oh boy 

 

 

Then had some time for breakfast and a drink 

 

Then break was over, back to work 

Its time for services 

So empty garbages 

And refill dunny rolls 

 

 

I Love to servicccccceeee yourrr rooooom…… 

Dressed up, went outside, have to make those pathways wide 

   Using a snow blower reminds me of home 

      Then looking up I noticed icicles…. 

Grabbed a shovel and a bat, 

    Knocked ‘em down in seconds flat. 

Then I went back in and signed out for the day,  

Grabbed my snow gear and hit the hill……  

AHHHHH…… 

   

Back for dinner at 5:30, OH BOY!! 

Some great food and a conversation 

They always feed us well  

Then back down the hill… 

Now its time for night skiing and then some 

drinks at “The Man” 

I love The Stables in Perisher, Austraaaalia….
