About WEN Since 1986, WEN has been a leader in providing employment preparation and career

transition services to women throughout the metropolitan area. Each year, WEN works with over 500

women, 75% of them live below the federal poverty level and 60% are minority. WEN o�ers job-search

training and resources, individualized coaching, financial education, professional case management,

and other resources to help women obtain economic independence through sustained employment.
