What Is It?The turnkey solution makes it easy for you to cost effectively deploy your own hosted PBX solution and reach a new demographic of customers or further service existing clients. This allows you the flexibility to set your own rates and packages, utilize your own SIP provider, and even brand it to match your business!

How Does It Work?We utilize custom virtualization technology that allows you to run multiple PBX instances on a single server, or multiple servers. If you are using more than 1 server you can even migrate PBX's between physical servers on the fly. Getting setup is easy! We will send you an ISO to install on your approved server(s). Once you have the ISO installed and the basic networking setup our engineers will log into each server and complete the configuration. At this point you will be ready to configure PBX's on your new hosted platform.

Network Requirements and QOS Recommendations • Public IP for each PBX instance • Each IP to each PBX should be firewalled and only open the following ports º 5060 º 10000-20000 º 50000-50004 º 4000-4999 º 2001 • Open access to all IPs for Schmooze datacenter IPs.  We will provide this list to you. • Enough bandwidth for the total number of concurrent calls your customers will have.  Each call needs approximately 100KB of data.

Minimum Hardware Requirements  (This setup handles about 20-25 separate PBX customers.)

A Single Master Management Server with the Following Minimum Requirements: • Core 2 Duo or greater processor • 100 GB of hard drive space or larger • 4 GB or larger of memory

Each Main Host for PBX Instances • Dual Quad Core Xeon or greater processor • 24 GB or larger of memory • Raid hard drives with 1TB or larger of disk space with SCSI or near SAS drives • Recommended Dual Power Supplies

Each Datacenter Location That Has 1 or More Host for PBX Instances Also Requires a Backup Server, with at Least the Following Specifications • 4 TB of hard drive or larger to send nightly backups to. • Xeon processor or larger • 4 GB or larger of memory

Additional features include built in chat, visual voicemail, custom directory views. º $3.50 per month per XactView user for Basic Partners or 3.00 for Premiere Partners º $5.00 per month XactView per queue • Appointment Reminder Module ($35.00 Per Month Per System) - is a unique way to automate appointment confirmations, cancellations and reschedules. By simply specifying numbers and names to be called the system will automatically call at specified times and allow recipients to confirm, cancel and reschedule appointments.

• XactDialer ($35.00 Per Month Per System) - Does your company do a lot of outbound calling? Would you like to automate the process? If so XactDialer is for you. Simply start a campaign and choose where your calls will be routed.

Installation of Turnkey Platform - OEM Partner & Schmooze • The ISO file is provided to OEM Partner by Schmooze • OEM Partner configures server with ISO and provides us the IP address and root password • OEM Partner configures the NFS backup server with CentOS and provides us the IP address and root password • Provide a list of IP Addresses for each datacenter that can be used for each PBX when you place a order. • Schmooze º Configures virtualization platform on machine(s) with ISO installed º Adds appropriate items to Schmooze Portal º Configures system to back up containers to backup NFS CentOS machine º Releases the system to OEM Partner testing
