CEOs and executive teams that benefit most from the Growth Modules arefrom companies that have already experienced some growth, have a burningdesire to grow, and must be eager to learn how to achieve rapid, sustainablegrowth.

Program Overview
The Growing South Australia’s Companies Program consists of two parts: the Growth Clinic or‘Five Ways to Accelerate Growth’ Workshop for the CEO/MD only (one-day commitment) and
the Growth Modules for the CEO/MD plus two members of the executive team (three, three-day modules, over approximately a nine-month period). The program is underpinned by ourKnowledge Framework for Growth – our guiding framework that enables CEOs/MDs and
executives to understand how their company works and the changes they need to make to growtheir company.

What You Can Expect
LEARN ABOUT GROWTH Based on our Knowledge Framework for Growth, learn from and work with Growth
Experts (all of whom have started, grown and exited their own companies) on what you cando to lead, manage and accelerate business growth. Dive deep into what it takes to build astrong organisation that can sustain growth, explore different financing options, chooseappropriate marketing and sales strategies, understand how to develop innovative productsor services, learn how to track externalities that impact your business, and how to manageyourself as a leader through all four stages of growth.
BUILD BENCH STRENGTH FOR GROWTH The Growth Modules are for the CEO/MD who attended the Growth Clinic plus at least
two additional members of his or her Executive Team. Attend the program together, learntogether, plan together and then execute growth plans together to keep your companyaligned and moving up the growth curve.
PLAN FOR GROWTH Participate in a dynamic and interactive learning environment, with up to 10 other small
and medium companies. Listen to expert presentations, participate in peer-to-peer learningand group discussions, then develop growth Action Plans based on your learning. Finish offeach module by working together with your Executive Team to align and set yourcompany’s growth goals for the next few months, and then report to the Growth Expertsand other program participants on what you are going to do to grow the company betweennow and the next module – outlining time-frames, resources, and who is responsible foreach goal. You are then held accountable for your progress in between modules.
EXPERIENCE GROWTH Our program has a built-in accountability process to help you and your Executive Team
stay on track in achieving your growth goals. Our Growth Experts hold you accountable foryour progress between modules, provide feedback on your growth plans, and help you “de-risk” your growth strategies to support your company’s success.

How It Works
For Companies to participate in the Growth Modules, the CEO/MD mustfirst attend a Growth Clinic OR attend a ‘Five Ways to Accelerate Growth’Workshop, submit their plans and complete a one-hour call with a GrowthExpert. Following this, they will then be eligible to attend the GrowthModules with at least two members of their executive team.

ApplyTo be eligible to participate in the Growth Modules,the CEO/MD must first attend the Growth Clinic.Once a CEO/MD has completed the Growth Clinic,he or she will receive an invitation to apply for theGrowth Modules.

AcceptanceOnce the CEO/MD has completed an applicationform to attend the Growth Modules, one of ourProgram Officers will be in touch to discuss theprogram, prep-work requirements and to confirm

the dates you are enrolled to attend the GrowthModules.
Prep-WorkPrep-work for the Growth Modules needs to becompleted by the CEO/MD and all members of theexecutive team who are attending the modules.Prep-work includes online diagnostics, tasks andsurveys, required reading, and providing updates onyour company's progress. AttendThe CEO/MD and two executives attend all three,three-day modules from 9am to 5pm. Attendees willbe provided with a Learning Journal as well as othertools and resources to enable them to record notesand develop action plans for growth.

SupportCEOs/MDs and executives who have attended theGrowth Modules receive access to our fortnightly“Dr Jana Refresher” emails, tools, resources andwebinars to help them stay on track, implement theirgoals, and grow.
