Rules & Regulations(General Discipline)

Students should keep in mind the following principles of discipline:• Student should report to school 10 minutes before the start of the school.• Moving from one classroom to another should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.• Students should realise that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of school on the part of the students shall make them liable to disciplinary action.• Parents and guardians are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management and that the management will follow policies laid down. Regular attendance is one of the conditions under which a student is admitted. No leave is granted except on previous written application from the parents or guardian and that only for serious reasons, which should be mentioned. Absence without leave will put the student to meet beginning of the academic year renders a student liable to be struck off the rolls.• Regular attendance and study habits, prompt obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person and a decent haircut are expected from each student Hence, irregular attendance, habitual idleness, unsatisfactory application to studies disobedience, objectionable moral inuence and unsatisfactory conduct in and out of school, justies the dismissal of a student and a negative remark in his conduct. Parents are then expected to meet the Principal on the next school day.• No student who has been absent from school will be admitted to class without the Principal's signature in his /her School Almanac. Student should get their class calendars signed by the Principal. Habitual late comers will have to call their parents to render an explanation.• In case of illness, the student on returning to school must bring a note from his parents/guardians certifying to the fact. Failure to produce this note will put the student inconvenience.• Students must look after their own belongings, books, tifn carriers, umbrellas, labcoat, must be marked with the names of the owner. It is not advisable for students to have money or any other valuable articles with them. No rings, gold chains expensive watches or ornaments of any type are to be worm to school. Carrying mobiles in the premises is banned.• On school days and for school functions each student must wear the SCHOOL UNIFORM. Students should be clean and tidy in their person and dress, they should take great care to keep their classrooms clean. Tidiness and cleanliness in the exterior appearance of the students help a great deal to keep order in their whole lives.• During class time no student leaves the school premises without the Principal's permission. Students may not leave the classroom without the teacher's permission, which ordinarily will not be given.• Students should be polite and well mannered at all times and maintain the image and reputation of the school. Bullying and the use of foul language is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence.• Exploding of crackers or splashing of colour during Diwali/Holi or any other occasion on the school premises or in the school buses is strictly forbidden. Strict action will be taken against student who do not comply with this instruction.• The school has the right to terminate the schooling of any student with unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is a bad example for others or if he/she is too old for the class.• Each student must have his/her own School Planner and bring it to school daily. A student who loses or mutilates his/her School Wann a ne of Rs.300/- and buy a new one.
