DAY 2 // Byzantium and Ottoman Traces Full Day Tour and Overnight in Istanbul

Pick up from hotel around 08:00 - 08:30 and you have full day city tour.

Places you will visit are;

Hagia Sophia An amazing architectural sample of Byzantium Era that was built in 537! A former Christian church and one of the most precious gem of the World Heritage. In 1453 during the conquest of Istanbul by Fatih Sultan Mehmed, converted into a mosque. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk converted it into a museum in 1935. Hagia Sophia also called as “the eighth wonder of the world”...

Blue Mosque This imposingly beautiful mosque took its name because of its amazing blue tiled interior! It was built between 1609-1616 for Sultan Ahmet, and it is one of the two mosques in Turkey with six minarets! Besides of being a tourist attraction, it is also an active mosque which closes its door five times a day.



Hippodrome of Constantinople The Hippodrome of Constantinople was a public entertainment space intended for horse and chariot racings while gaining at the same time institutional and political dimensions. Its capacity was estimated to reach 100,000 viewers, while the total length was about 450 meters! Currently an elongated public garden, with many remains of the Hippodrome to remind us its greatness…

Cafer Aga Medresseh Built in 1560 as a school, designed by Sinan on the orders of Cafer Ağa right next to Hagia Sophia. Nowadays hosts a cultural organisation for teaching and promoting traditional Turkish handicraft! Provides over 12 handicraft courses such as the popular art of marbling, painting, jewelery, porcelain, calligraphy, Ottoman language, ceramic and stained glass.

Topkapi Imperial Palace A wonderful palace that was the home for the Ottoman Sultans for over 400 years. It is a complex of small colorful buildings where most of the important decisions about the Ottoman Empire were taken! A place that also housed many unbelievable stories and intriguesi mostly between the wifes of the Sultans. Consists of four main courtyards and the Harem. It was converted into a museum in 1924 and declared as a World Heritage by UNESCO in 1985. (Harem Section is not included in the program because it requires extra time and fees. Inform your guide if you want to spend more time there on your own).



Grand Bazaar A huge undercovered bazaar and one of the most famous all over the world! It consists from 61 streets, over 4000 small shops, restaurants, traditional Turkish coffee shops, two mosques, four fountains and two hamams. A true labyrinth! You can find beautiful Turkish carpets, glazed tiles and pottery, copper and brassware, apparels made of leather, hand-painted ceramics, embroideries, fresh spices and herbs, glittering jewellery and all sorts of other thing *At the end of your tour we will make your drop off to your hotel back . Dinner at the Ciya Restaurant and feel the vibe of the Kadıkoy

DAY 3 // Bosphorus & Dolmabahce Full Day Tour and Overnight in Istanbul

Spice Market This market is the most famous covered bazaar after Grand bazaar, which is also known as Egyptian market. Built in 1664, hosts 85 small shops, where you can find Turkish delights and other sweets, jewellery, souvenirs, herbs, big variaty of spices, dried fruits and nuts, fresh tea, scarves, lanterns and Nargile.

Rustempasha Mosque Rustem Pasha was the husband of Suleiman's beloved daughter, Mihrimah. During Suleiman's reign, Rustem Pasha also served as the Grand Vizier of the country. This wonderful mosque was designed by the famous Mimar Sinan and was built after Pasha's death, in 1563. A masterpiece, most known for its fabulous interior, decorated by the unique Iznik tiles.

Bosphorus Cruise Travel between the two continents and get enchanted by the all the beauty you will see! A cruise on Bosphorus is one of the best ways to discover the elegance of Istanbul.



Rumeli Fortress (from sea) This imposing fortress was built by Sultan Mehmed II in 1452. Located on a hill on the European side of the city, right on the banks of Bosphorus, was the perfect place to control the commercial and military traffic, before the conquer of Constantinople.

Ortakoy This small village, located right on the banks of Bosphorus, was a former fishermen village and a cosmopolitan area, where Turks, Greeks, Armenians and Jews used to live together. You can find many preserved historic wooden houses, local boutiques, night clubs, cafes and restaurants, which many of them provide amazing views to the city.

Bosphorus Bridge Cross the bridge which connects Europe and Asia while enjoying the breathtaking view of Bosphorus. It was the first bridge that connected the two continents for the first time in the history…



Camlica Hill The highest point of Istanbul that provides an absolutely magnificent view of the entire city. The most amazing hilltop park... Dolmabahce Palace Until 1922 and during the Ottoman Empire, it was the residence for the Sultans after Topkapi Palace. A stunning place which is extensively decorated with gold and crystal while the design contains elements of the Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassical styles. The main palace is consisted of three parts: the Imperial Mabeyn (State Apartments), Muayede Salon (Ceremonial Hall) and the Imperial Harem

DAY 4 // Ferry to Balikesir & ıda Mountain Tour & Overnight in Zeytinbagı

Breakfast at the hotel Check out and you have ferry to Bandırma from Istanbul. Arrival to Bandırma and Drive to Ida Mountain area . Arrival to Zeytinbagı hotel , this is well know hotel as one of the most well known actor and famous chef open here . Meeting with the chef Erhan Sekerci. Get your lunch Here and then visit to İda Mountain which has a lot of mentioning at the Greek Mythology . Kazdagi (Mount Ida) National Park covers an area of 21.452 hectares. The area is basically the southern slope of Kazdagi. The highest peak of the mountain is Karatas Hill (Karataş Tepe) 1.774 m. There are more than 10 villages that have been dependent on Kazdagi National Park’s resources for their livelihood . Kazdagi (Mount Ida) forms the natural border between the provinces of Canakkale (Çanakkale) and Balikesir (Balıkesir) in northwestern Turkey. Kazdagi (Mount Ida) was declared a National Park in 1994 because of its rich plant cover. There are three vegetation types on Kazdagi; forest vegetation, shrub vegetation and high mountain vegetation. There are 800 plant taxa recorded on Kazdagi. 198 of them are of particular ethnobotanical significance for this mountain. Kazdagi is accepted as one of the most important floristic areas of Turkey. DAY 5 // Cooking lesson & Overnight at the Zeytinbagı Breakfast at the Hotel After that you will get cooking lesson with Erhan seker and at the end of the lesson you will eat your own cooking. If we have time at the end of the lesson we will visit Olive oil producers to Olive oil tasting. Dinner at the Istasyon restaurant Overnight at the Zeytinbagı hotel (Included meals: Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner )

DAY 6 // Assos tour & Overnight at the Bozcaada

Breakfast at the Hotel and check out and drive to Assos

The history of Assos Ancient City goes back to 6th Century B.C. The city was faced to the sea and people were climbing down via terraces to the sea. After the Ottoman Empire had settled to the area, the settlement moved to the opposite site and Behramkale village was founded. The city was built on an extinct volcanic hill, between andesite rocks and 236m high from the sea. Andesite stone was used during the construction of buildings. Altough Assos stone is hard to handle, it is a durable stone; the old people called it ,man eater. Sarcophaguses made from this stone had been exported in the old days.

At the end of Assos tour we will get lunch one of the local cozy Restaurant and drive to

Bozcaada .Take ferry to pass to Bozcaada and check in to Kaikias Hotel Free night to explore the island by yourself and overnight in Bozcada (Included meals: Breakfast & Lunch)



DAY 7 // Boat tour & Winetasting & Overnight at the Bozcaada

Breakfast at the Hotel Pick you up and you have Boat tour ( ONLY AT THE SUMMER TIME ) We will show you the beautiful bays and we will arrange wine tasting from Corvus vineyard at the Boat during your tour. At the end of the day return to your hotel

Free night to explore the island by yourself and overnight in Bozcada (Included meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

DAY 8 // Troy& Gallipoli tour & Overnight in Istanbul

Breakfast at the Hotel Check out and get ferry to Geyikli , from Geyikli drive to Troy Ruins area; Troy is the setting for Homer’s Iliad in which he recounts the final year of the Trojan war sometime in the 13th century BCE. Today ruins are not really remind you the Troy movie But with good guide explanation you can feel the ancient times. After troy , drive to Canakkale city center, you will get your lunch at the Canakkale city center at the Local Restaurant . At the end of the lunch we will get ferry and you will see second canal Dardanel which connect Europe & Asia. Pass to the Gallipoli part and visit Gallipoli Battelfields from 1st World war where an era ended and new ear started for the World At the end of the tour drive to Istanbul, stop at the Yesilkoy Fish restaurant street.
