Relative to series of issued DepEd Order and DepEd Memorandum on lnformation Communication Technology (lCT), duties and functions have been borne by the regular teachers of the school acting as the SchooUDistrict ICT Coordinators which is an additional task for them despite of laborious duties of the ICT coordinators. 2. Teachers, as the school system administrators that takes care of all the online information systems of the DepEd shall perform four hours (4) in theirteaching from the usual regutar number of six (6) hours a day. Two (2) hours shall be used in their tCT functions and duties as stated in their designation letter. 3. Designation letter shall agree both by the teachers and school heads before it will be submitted to the office of the lnformation Technology (lT) Section in the Schools Division Office and shall be signed by the Division lT Officer and approved by the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS). 4, This technical matter, as an ICT coordinator of the school that requires parallel knowledge to lT professionals, teachers are encouraged to apply for a National Certificate ll (NCll) Computer System Servicing (C55) to any accredited institutions that offers NCll for CSS within the School Year, 2Ot5-2016 for them to be able to become full-fledged designated School/District ICT Coordinator. 5. Teachers who will enrol to NCll, CSS as part of their professional growth and advancement shall utilize their personal money to be used in their schooling and those teachers who will avail of their schooling shall be given a maximum of eight days (8) to finish thlcourse. 6.
