PASO 1 Inserte cuatro CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y dos CLAVOS DE MADERA (10) en el ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P). Atornille seis TORNILLOS CAM (18) en el ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P). Conecte el RIEL SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (O) al ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P) con tres TORNILLOS (15).

PASO 2 Inserte un CERRADURA DE CAM (17) en el DIVISOR DEL CABALLO (M). Toque un CLAVO DE MADERA (10) en el DIVISOR DEL CABALLO (M). Inserte seis CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) en los orificios en la PARTE TRASERA DEL CABALLO (N).

PASO 3 Una la PARTE POSTERIOR DEL CABALLO (N) y el DIVISOR DEL CABECERO (M) al ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P) y aprieta las LEVAS. Inserte cuatro CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y dos CLAVOS DE MADERA (10) y atornille tres PERNOS DE LEVA (18) en los orificios del ESTANTE FIJO (Q).

PASO 4 Atornille dos TORNILLOS CAM (18) en la PARTICIÓN DEL CABALLO (L). Ajuste la CAPTURA (16a) a la PARTICIÓN DE LA CABECERA (L) con dos TORNILLOS (3). Inserte dos CAMS (17) y WOOD DOWEL (10) en los orificios de la PARTICIÓN DEL HUTCH (L). Coloque la PARTICIÓN DE LA CABINA (L) en el ESTANTE FIJO (Q) y apriete las levas.

PASO 5 Conecte las partes (L) y (Q) a (M), (N) y (P) usando dos TORNILLOS (15) y apriete las levas.

PASO 6 Dé la vuelta al ensamblaje. Atornille cuatro PERNOS CAM (18), dos CERRADUROS DE LEVA (17) y una CLAVIJA DE MADERA (10) en los orificios del PANEL IZQUIERDO DEL CABALLO (J). Una el PANEL IZQUIERDO DE LA CABINA (J) al ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P) y el ESTANTE FIJO (Q) y apriete las levas. Conecte el ESTANTE DE LA CABINA (R) a la PARTICIÓN DEL CABALLO (L) con dos TORNILLOS (15). Inserte dos CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y una CLAVIJA DE MADERA (10) en el ESTANTE DEL CABALLO (R).

PASO 7 Atornille cuatro TORNILLOS CAM (18) e inserte dos CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y una CLAVIJA DE MADERA (10) en los orificios del PANEL DERECHO DEL CABALLO (K). Coloque el PANEL DERECHO DEL CABALLO (K) en el ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P) y ESTANTE DEL CABALLO (R) y apriete las levas. PASO 8 Gire los COMPONENTES DEL CABALLO desde el paso 7 en su frente. Coloque el PANEL TRASERO en la unidad de forma tal que quede al ras en el borde inferior con el ESTANTE DEL CABALLO (R) y equidistantemente espaciados de lado a lado, luego use doce CLAVOS (6) para sujetarlo a la parte posterior del armario de la cabina. ¡IMPORTANTE! EL PANEL TRASERO ES UNA PARTE ESTRUCTURAL DE ESTA UNIDAD Y DEBE INSTALARSE CORRECTAMENTE. PASO 9 Conecte dos PLACAS DE CONEXIÓN (21) a la ESCRITORIO (G) usando cuatro TORNILLOS (3). Atornille seis PERNOS CAM (18) en los orificios designados en la ESCRITORIO (G).

PASO 10 Inserte dos CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y dos CLAVOS DE MADERA (10) en el PANEL IZQUIERDO (A) y el PANEL DERECHO (B). Atornille tres PERNOS CAM (18) en el PANEL IZQUIERDO (A) y el PANEL DERECHO (B).

PASO 11 Inserte seis CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) y dos CLAVOS DE LEÑA (10) en los orificios del PANEL DE MODESTIDAD (E). Conecte el PANEL IZQUIERDO (A), el PANEL DE MODESTIA (E) y el PANEL DERECHO (B) y bloquee las levas. Use un martillo para golpear dos TACK GLIDES (14) en el borde de los paneles IZQUIERDO y DERECHO. PASO 12 Con la ayuda de otro persona, fije el PANEL IZQUIERDO (A), el PANEL DERECHO (B) y el PANEL DE MODESTIA (E) (componente de la página anterior) en la PARTE SUPERIOR (G) como se muestra.

PASO 13 Con la ayuda de otra persona, coloque el componente inferior (del paso anterior) en posición vertical. Atornille cuatro PERNOS CAM (18) en la TAPA (G). Sujete el HUTCH al TOP (G) como se muestra. Debido a que este escritorio es incómodo de mover una vez que se adjunta la devolución, coloque el escritorio en su ubicación final después de haber sujetado la conejera al escritorio. PASO 14 Atornille dos PERNOS DE CONECTOR (8) en los orificios designados en el PANEL DE RETORNO (C). Inserte cuatro CERRADURAS DE LEVA (17) en el PANEL DE RETORNO (C) y dos en el RETORNO DE REGRESO (D). Inserte dos ALOJAMIENTOS DE CONECTORES (12) en los orificios del VOLVER ATRÁS (D). Ver detalle. Ajuste el PANEL DE RETORNO (C) y DEVUELVA ATRÁS (D) al mismo tiempo y apriete las CAJAS DEL CONECTOR (12). Atornille seis PERNOS CAM (18) en los orificios de la PARTE DE RETORNO (H).

PASO 15 Una el PANEL DE RETORNO (C) y REGRESE DE NUEVO (D) al TOP DE RETORNO (H) y apriete las levas. Toque dos TACK GLIDES (14) en el borde inferior del RETURN PANEL (C) y otro en el borde inferior de RETURN BACK (D). Con la ayuda de otra persona, coloque la PARTE DE DEVOLUCIÓN (H) en la PARTE SUPERIOR DEL ESCRITORIO (G) con cuatro TORNILLOS (3).

PASO 16 Conecte la MANIJA (20) a la PUERTA (S) con dos TORNILLOS (4). Conecte la CAPTURA (16b) a la PUERTA (S) con dos TORNILLOS (3). Ajuste una BISAGRA DE PUERTA (9a) a la parte superior de la PUERTA (S) con un TORNILLO (9c). Inserte un BUJE (9b) en el orificio en el ESTANTE DEL CABALLO (R) y coloque la otra BISAGRA (9a) en el BUJE. Coloque el otro CASQUILLO (9b) en la BISAGRA adjunta a la PUERTA. Coloque la PUERTA de modo que el CASQUILLO de la BISAGRA se inserte en el orificio en la parte inferior del ESTANTE SUPERIOR DEL CABALLO (P) y gire la PUERTA hacia abajo para que quede en posición y fíjela a la BISAGRA con un TORNILLO (9c).

PASO 17 Presione todas las CUBIERTAS PARA EL CERRADURA DE LA LEVA (1) en todos los CERRADURAS DE LA LEVA (17). Presione las cuatro TAPAS DE TORNILLOS (5) en los cuatro TORNILLOS (15) expuestos.

- Turn the HUTCH COMPONENT from step 7 over on its front. Position the BACK PANEL onto the unit so that it is flush on the bottom edge with the HUTCH SHELF (R) and equally spaced side to side, then use twelve NAILS (6) to fasten it to the rear of the hutch cabinet.

- Attach the HANDLE (20) to the DOOR (S) with two SCREWS (4).- Attach the CATCH (16b) to the DOOR (S) with two SCREWS (3). - Fasten one DOOR HINGE (9a) to the top of the DOOR (S) using a SCREW (9c).- Insert one BUSHING (9b) into the hole in the HUTCH SHELF (R) and place the other HINGE (9a) onto the BUSHING.- Place the other BUSHING (9b) onto the HINGE attached to the DOOR.- Position the DOOR so the BUSHING on the HINGE inserts into the hole in the underside of the HUTCH TOP SHELF (P) and swing the DOOR down so it is positioned and fasten it to the HINGE with a SCREW (9c).
