Form for Reporting Grades for Logs

Please note that although it is written on the form, itself, that that the form is for “Research and Performance tasks” ( this IS ( ביצוע מטלת או חקר עבודתthe form to use for the literature Logs.

9588 • Use this form when reporting the grade for the Logs (D and F) and Unit Logs (B, D, and F).

• ALL GRADES MUST BE WRITTEN OUT OF 100%

• When reporting the grades for Logs, you need to pay close attention to the semel sheelon. The semel sheelon for the Log for students graduating in the 12th grade 2015, and 2016 is different to those graduating in 2017 and beyond).

• The order in which the grades (מרכיב) are listed, is also vital, because the different genres of texts receive different proportional weight. Since in these new forms, the final grade is calculated by the Testing Department, it is essential that the grades for the different genres of texts be reported in the proper place.

Use the 9588 to report grades for Logs

Five different uses of the 9588 form:

Module F Log grades

For five-point students graduating in 2015 and 2016.

Module D Log grades

For four-point students graduating in 2015 and 2016.

Module F Unit Log grades

For five-point students graduating in 2017 and beyond.

Module D Unit Log grades

For four-point students graduating in 2017 and beyond.

Module B Unit Log grades

For three-point students graduating in 2017 and beyond.
