“Super Bowl Sunday/February 4th” – We are excited about the opportunity to celebrate how “Super” our Lord is! We will have “Super Testimonies”, “Super Music”, “Super Sermon” and a super day! Adult II and our Youth are planning a “Super Bowl Fellowship”! “Winter Bible Study/Sunday February 11-13th” – We are excited about our “Winter Bible Study” - Sunday February 11-13! Dr. Bill Tolar renown Bible

scholar will be with us one more time! This year’s study is “Encouraging Suffering Christians” from the book of I Peter. We will start the morning with Breakfast in the Fellowship hall at 8:45 a.m. All of our lessons will be in the fellowship hall. Plan to be a part of this special opportunity to study God’s word!

“Upward Celebration/Saturday, February 17th” – I am so excited about this year’s Upward Celebration on Saturday evening February 17th at 6:00 p.m. I have been so proud of Tara Gresham and Nycki Fernandez, for their great leadership in this year’s Upward Season. It has been wonderful to see so many First Baptist adults, youth, and children in leadership roles. We are hoping that many of our children in Awana, and Sunday School will plan to attend!

David and Kylie Knight – America’s premier illusionist team, will be the featured program for the evening. Please pray that many boys and girls, men, and women will respond to the gospel that evening! Thank you church for your support of “Upward Basketball 2017-18!

“All Church Chili Cook Off/February 25th” – Each year we look forward to our “All Church Chili Cook Off!”- We have some amazing cooks here at First Baptist! We have some wonderful young people to help in their summer activities. Plan now to enjoy the best delicacies in the world! Join us Sunday evening February 25th at 5:00 p.m.!

“Elevator Nearing Completion” – In the near future we will see the completion of a dream for us to have an elevator at First Baptist Church, Victoria! It will be so wonderful for folks that need a lift to be able to get to the second floor! Thanks be to God for this indescribable gift! We look forward to a special day of dedication in the days ahead!
