Microsoft Office is an integrated program (suite). That means it’s made up of individual programs that can do different things.

Key in your username -- 9 digit number beginning with 100. . . . and your password
A red N should appear to indicate connection to network is being made.

A network allows several computers to link together to share folders, files and printers.
Each of you has a folder on our “Central Network Computer” to store your work so that you could access it from any computer on the network. (It is named by your 9-digit number.)
Computer assignments are also stored on the a central network computer/SERVER” (Hhstea . . .)
A single workstation can only use it’s programs, folders and files saved on it’s own hard drive and can only be accessed at THAT computer.
