Have an opinion about everything - Read up extensively

• Mouth dry and legs shaking ? - Its normal.
• BEST PART ? • They don’t know it

• Stand up and speak at every occasion

• Attend workshops, seminars, etc on various subjects (left, right and centre ) where your participation is required

• Don’t sit on your doubt, idea or question. Just getup and squeak out.
• Dumbest questions are those that are never asked

• Become an active member of Networking clubs , associations, speaking society, oratory classes etc

• Squeak up in office meetings

• Make eye contact with a few members of the audience –Include and involve them in what you are saying
