OCTAFORM Company develops and manufactures power energy meters which are used in «smartcity» and «smarthome» systems and renders services aimed at optimization of individual power consumption on the basis of behavioral analysis and tariff estimates. All our devices have additional functions which provide for:Electric power quality assessment;Monitoring of the status of internal utility systems;Estimation of efficiency of power consumption;Drawing of behavioral algorithms; and Development of home-based services for disabled people.

We develop software solutions for end users, which provide estimation of efficiency of individual power consumption by a residential utility customer and recommendations on how to reduce costs on electric power, maintain internal utility systems and replace ineffective equipment.

We develop software solutions for municipal infrastructure management systems, which provide for monitoring and management of infrastructure of major facilities and municipal entities. These solutions are aimed at behavioral analysis and predictive management of heat and water supply systems, prevention of emergency situations, collection and compilation of analytical data for smart utility systems, and development of the “municipal situation center” platform.
