Approval of the Divisional Level Selection Committee, constituted vide above referred to G.0. No. 243-Eclu of 2019 dated 16.07.2019, is conveyed for Provisional appointment of {512_ no. of Regularized Rehbar-e-Talcern Teachers engaged under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (now Samagra Shiksha) in District Anantnag/ Bandipora/ Baramulla/ Budgam/ Kulgam/ Kupwara/ Pulwama/ Shopian/ Srinagar, forming Annesnrc­ "A~ to this Order, as Teacher Grade-III. However, the appointment order thereof shall be issued by the Chief Education Officer, Anantnag/ Bandipora/ Baramulla/ Budgam/ Kulg.un/ Kupwara/ Pulwama/ Shopian/ Srinagar, subject to the fulfillment of fol lowing conditions: -

i) That the Chief Education Officer, Anantnag/ Randipora/ Baramulla/ Budgam/ Kulgam/ Kupwara/ Pul wama/ Shopian/ Srinagar shall be personally responsible to verify genuineness/authenticity of following original testimonials before giving effect to the order of appointment of Regularized Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers as Teacher Grade-III so far as release of salary is concerned:-

a. Academic Qualification Certificate (s). b. Age Certificate c. Permanent Residence Certificate. d. Appointment Order.

e. Joining Report as Re'J' Teacher, f. Authenticated service record from the DDO/ZEO. g. Regularization order as RReT. h. Category Certificate in case of ST /SC/ ALC/RBA candidates,

if appointed under reserved category. 1. Character/ Antecedents Verification Certificate from CID

J&K. ii) That the appointment order as Teacher Grade-III shall be subject to

the condition, inter alia, that in the event it is established at any stage that the certificates/docunwnts/services records furnished by the appointee are fake/fictitious, the order of appointment as Teacher Grade-III shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab initio.

iii) That the DDO concerned, shall obtain an undertaking/ Affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrale of 1st Class, from all Regularized Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers proposed to be appointed/upgraded as Teacher Grade- III, as per the format enclosed as Form "A" to this Order.

iv) That post facto permission for enhancing the qualification in private mode as an in-service candidate is hereby accorded subject to the following conditions:

1) That the ReT has availed leave under rules for the purpose that was conveyed to the DSEK at the time of regularization and same stands entered in his/her service book accordingly.

2) That the leave availed by ti 1e incumbent during honorarium period or post regularization was due under rules and excess leaves, if any, availed have been accounted for at the time of regularization with costs.

3) That the qualification has been acquired in terms of circular instructions governing the issue of improving of qualification during honorarium service.

4) That the qualification has been acquired through recognized Board and equivalence, wherever required, has been certified by the competent authority.

5) That this permission shall be deemed to be cancelled ab initio, if at any stage, it is established that the qualification acquired by the ReT is/ are fake or have been obtained through tuck shops/un-recognized Board/Institutions or if the qualification

is not recognized as an equivalent qualification for the benefit claimed or reaped by inctrnil,t·nt.

6) That the authenticity /genuineness of academic certificates has been ascertained/established by the CEO/DDO discreetly and the CEO/DDO shall be personally responsible for genuineness/legality and va I idity of the certificate.

7) That the qualification has not been acquired through regular mode when He/She was on the establishment of School Education Department.

2. The appointee shall immediately submit acceptance of this offer with his/her joining report to the concerned DDOs at his or her present place of posting. In case of failure to join within 7 days, his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been canceled ab-initio without any further notice.

3. The appointment of appointee as Teacher Grade III shall be subject to the following conditions:-

a) The appointee shall furnish an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit as per the pro-forma prescribed at Form-A

b) In case at any stage or during verification, it is found that any information or any certificates/documents/Service record etc. furnished by the appointee is fake/fictitious, the order of his/ her appointment/regularization shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

c) The salary along with the arrears (w.P f Ci"l-09-2018) of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed by their respective DDOs strictly in accordance with Government Order No: 34-Edu of 2019, Dated: 31-01-2019 read with subsequent modifications. However, salary of the appointee shall not be

drawn until the verification of his/her qualifying documents (viz
